Hi, i have tried to remove my root and unlocked bootloader as I didnt think they were correctly installed in the first place. Also I wanted to install a new oem update that it keep reminding me of in the background. So now after doing alot of things found in forums and youtube I have come to an end point were the phone just comes to the bootscreen, "your devise has been unlocked and cant be trusted." from here it is just stuck with the "your devise is now booting..." then nothing happens so I realy need help now, otherwise I will have to buy a new phone within the next days.. I cant still get into the twrp and format/wipe data etc, so is it something in here I need to fix then?
Anyone that can please help me out a bit?
Regards Kristoffer

But I cant get into the twrp anymore, only the fastboot and recue mode and the huawei erecovery mode, and in this the wifi just gives me failed to download the package or something like that.... ://
I managed to get in recovery by running the oem unlock. The problem I have is that I am unable to lock the bootloader again.
I really want to get the phone working again. I don't want to have to send the device to a Huawei Service Centre since the bootloader has been unlocked.
I really hope someone can help us all get the device back to stock firmware.
Thanks
How did you get to the recovery mode? I cant get to the twrp anymore, i think i did something wrong and wiped data or formated it so now i can only se bootup screen, or huawei logo or get to fastboot and rescue mode. There it says phone unlocked and frp (or something) in green letters lock....? And also the huawei erecovery which i cant do anything in...
I run fastboot oem unlock and flashed twrp using fastboot.
I have managed to flash update.app, Default_hw.app, Default_normal.app and Default_eu.app using an app called DC Phoenix, but now when the phone boots it goes in to eRecovery and the touchscreen doesn't work. Even when I flash twrp again the touchscreen still doesn't work.
Please can someone advise what to do to get the touchscreen and the other phone back to normal.
Thanks
Were i find a link for step by step rooting my huawei p9 lite. I have company from amateurs pretty good ones. So i cant make mistakes. Thnx for the help...rock the world wild and free whopppaaa
Hi, I m fighting the last days trying to resurrect my mi 5x and I need any kind of tips, advice, inputs you can give
The whole story begun when my phone fell down a few days ago (not sure if it affected the whole situation). The phone after the fall was working normally(for a few hours) but later that day the battery depleted and it switched off. After I plugged it in the charger I tried to open it and it was in a weird mode. I could reach the white screen with the white logo of android and it stuck there for hours. I decided to flash it with a new rom and everything went south.
I will explain in steps all the attempts I have tried:
1) The bootloader was unlocked but it didn't leave me to flash the official Tissot rom that I had downloaded so I reboot my phone through fastboot cmb in edl mode and then with the Miflash tool I flashed the Tissot stock rom. v.9.6.4.0.
2) The phone hard bricked and I realized that I made a big mistake by flashing a rom from a different bootloader. ( I also realized at that point that I bought the phone with a custom A1 rom with a Tiffany bootloader).
3) I disassembled my phone and I put it in edl mode by using the test points and then I flashed it with a stock Tiffany rom by using Mi flash tools.
4) The phone was in a bootloop after the flash finished.
5) No actions could be made through fastboot and recovery because now the bootloader was locked.
6) After this, I tried several times flashing (in edl mode each time) all the stock Tiffany versions I could find online (stable or beta).
7) Every time after the flashing was done I was turning on the phone and it was again in bootloop.
8) At some point also I tried to side load an update of one of the tiffany's recovery rom (stable and beta) and I was getting an error that the rom is illegal and again bootloop.
The biggest problem is that I can' t unlock the bootloader through xiaomi unlock tool because the device was hardbricked and now my mi account is not bound with the device. If you can answer any of the following questions or if you have any idea you will save me!!!
1) Is there any way to unlock the bootloader?
2) Is there any reasonable explanation of why I am in a boot loop after flashing it with the proper tiffany fastboot rom?
3) Is by any chance the fall that the phone had before anything happen to affect the whole situation?
4) Is there any other way to flash a rom with locked bootloader?
Thank you very much!!!

Miflash only works on an unlocked bootloader. It appears that you have a Chinese Model and you just did what was supposed to be avoided. You should get accustomed to Miflash moving forward. Never use Flash_All_Lock while cross flashing China/Global roms. You'll have to wait to unlock your Bootloader now and post that flash the China rom to get back. If any time you wish to move to the India rom, either use a twrp recovery or just use Flash_All while using the fastboot image which should eventually avoid locking the bootloader

1. if you can still enter fastboot mode, there is a possibility that you can do TWRP flashing again (the TWRP version must be correct so that the data on the cellphone can be read properly) / Flashing from the PC (if you are lucky, the flashing will work properly without any problem or you can bypass the bootloader locked using software or something else). [make sure ROM version must be appropriate because this is very crucial]
2. You can try using the test point method (EDL / Emergency Download Mode) [This method is usually used if your K20Pro is constrained by Hardbrick due to ARB4] , but this method requires you to open the case / body behind your K20Pro. and I cannot guarantee that the flashing process will succeed easily because in some cases if the K20Pro is detected damage / error due to ARB4, then you are required to have an Authorized Mi Account. I might be able to help you remotely, if you agree with the risks & requirements in the flashing process (I can lend my account, but it's not free).
Hi All, I did the same thing - whoever build the UI for MiFlash should be shot - why default that selection to something that will be undesirable!!?
Anyway, i tried to flash indian rom and forgot to set to Clean All, it locked the bootloader.
So i now have redmi recovery and Fastboot options only on phone.
Have tried fastboot + miflash but all options (now with Chinese rom) - says Erase Boot Error.
Tried MiAssistant + Mi PC Suite - it is not detecting the phone in either MiAssistant recovery mode nor Fastboot mode. what is weird is the phone and connector animation on phone is correctly depicting when it is plugged in/unplugged. But the PC suite isnt detecting the device.
Soft bricked - *sigh.... any help will be greatly appreciated from the community
BTW i am more worried that the phone will run out of battery and never wake up once battery drains completely as it is in bootloop into Redmi recovery and can't be turned off (someone tell me how!?) - I don't see the phone respond to charging in any state... : (
Can you still reach fastboot? If so you can unlock phone again and flash TWRP using ADB. After that boot straight into TWRP and connect it to your computer, internal SD storage should then automatically mount. Drag and drop ROM .zip into internal storage, use TWRP file manager to move it out of the data folder and do a default wipe using TWRP. Then flash .zip ROM (for example xiaomi.eu stable) and you should be back in business. Please let me know if you need any files like working recovery image and further instructions.
I had some trouble with my TWRP recovery yesterday, flashed it on unlocked bootloader with Chinese stable ROM installed, on reboot out of fastboot it boots straight into ROM and overwrites the TWRP recovery with default recovery. I fixed it by flashing recovery again, boot straight into it and flash xiaomi.eu stable, now recovery is TWRP and does not get overwritten.

Some great ideas - Just tried to unlock bootloader - This device came pre-unlocked so the device is tied to the seller's account.
I have unlock permission - but unlocker say device is not bound to my account matching my assumptions - anyone know what's the best way to re-claim ownership? Especially when I can't get into ROM at all?

My comment was meant for OP but I hoped it would help you as well! I am personally not well informed about the Xiaomi / Redmi ownership situation when the seller unlocked the phone.. maybe you can contact them and get a corresponding password to the account, it has been the solution I have seen offered here. Maybe the emergency flash solution from Robbo.5000 works?
I just got this phone a week now and was only able to unlock and flash yesterday, I was aware of the ownership problem thanks to this forum so I bought the sealed CN version. Hope you figure it out!
Thanks guys. I am going for the Test Point solution - have made contact with the Russian tech the others did and made an appointment. I just have to pretend to be Jerry Rig before then and open her up! Fingers crossed!

Did you flash the global rom on an existing running Chinese rom or on an empty device (formatted)? Just for myself cuz I'm not sure whether to unlock and then unable to relock. Thanks.

Hi Guys, I hope someone of you could help me out.
Recently a Chinese friend of mine gave me an MI 9 as a present. But unfortunately they ROM of the new phone was the CN version.
I found a way to change the ROM by doing the unlock bootloader and flashing TRWP, after that, I downloaded the MI9_Global_V9.5.30_vendor_fw_flash, went back to the Recovery and wiped the "Delvik, cache, SYSTEM and Data. When I was trying to install the rom I got an error telling me the Global rom file was corrupt and restarted the cellphone.
The problem is I am stuck in the Fastboot loop, can't access the recovery and my computer don't recognize the cellphone.
I know I ****ed it up, I was wondering if I can revert that or did I just lost a phone.
Thank you Guys.

Hi,
How did you unlock your bootloader?
It asks for binding Mi account and it's not possible when your phone is bricked.
Yeah, the rule is simple. If it boots into fastboot, it can be recovered. Just flash the global you want with the MI flash tool and the fastboot file.

Can I do something now or I just have a expensive paper holder?

flash another official firmware on a locked bootloader BY XIAOMI TOOL V2 https://www.xiaomitool.com/v2
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UMkDAxiDdKs&t=10s
Here’s something VERY important before you flash or update the ROM.
1. Xiaomi Phones manufactured for Chinese market are not able to run MIUI Global ROM.
2. Xiaomi Phones manufactured for Global markets are not able to run MIUI China ROM.
We highly recommend you to buy Xiaomi Phones via official or authorized sales channels and double check the system information before flashing or updating.

Hi guy,
Same thing happened to me, I felt very stupid, but it was on a MI 8 SE.
According to my experience, only there's a way to solve it and it's booting on EDL mode.
You'll need an authorized Mi account to flash the original ROM.
There's a complete guide on c . mi . com named [Guide] [All in One] MIUI Flashing Guide: Unbrick, EDL Method / Locked Bootloader, Unlock Bootloader, More, I can't post the url because I'm a new user

Read carefully and report
1. Try to hold down the buttons vol down and power, see if : fastboot devices sees it. If so XiaoMi Tool will restore it. If not do the same try recovery vol up + power. Do adb devices and see if anything shows up. Worst case you'll have to open the phone up and connect the EDL pins together and it will flash anything. I use minimal ADB and Fastboot phone plugged via USB cable into the computer and run those commands.
2. Fully bricks their device here is the unbrick factory method
https://c.mi.com/thread-1479882-1-0.html
that's connecting EDL pins with the phone case removed for a phone that doesn't boot at all
3. https://youtu.be/8mW0JzKow7E
here's the exact EDL test point required on Mi9
if you can't boot or recognize the device at all via fastboot or ADB. If this doesn't work nothing will...
But it will work, that's what the factory does. Obviously the last resort.

If no I'll have to open de device and do the EDL.

Hi, there.
I need help, please .
I cannot enter fastboot mode in realme x2 pro CN ver.
Does anyone have the same thing ?
I tried the following 2 .
Press and hold volume up + power button*
adb reboot fastbootloader
Fastboot screen will be displayed for a moment, but normal reboot will be done immediately.

That's honestly one of the most useless answers I've read here.
To even be able to unlock the bootloader, you HAVE TO enter the fastboot mode and he cannot. So what you'r saying doesn't make any sense. Like at all.
I do have the same btw and I'm running out of ideas, so if anyone actually has something helpful to say I'd be very thankful.
Neither the button combo nor the adb reboot bootloader does work. I can see the fastboot screen for like half a second and then it reboots normally without even touching the device.
Edit: I just found a way to enter fastboot on my realme X2 Pro.
You have to click on "Start in depth test" on the official Realme App, which can be found here: https://c.realme.com/in/post-detail...64863306907648&subForumId=1197159778845982720

No, and before relocking bootloader, if your not "completely stock", you can brick your device.

Thank you for your answer. Is it true that unlocking the bootloader causes problems with the camera and the fingerprint sensor ?
In my case, only problem with FP, camera was ok.

I did install the testing app and i'm still having that issue where i only see the fastboot for a split second before the device reboots itself. What am i doing wrong? I also enabled developer mode - OEM unlock - USB debug.
I've flashed my device before and i've even been able to unbrick my own device after "destroying" boot image, but this is something new and it's coming from Realme and i don't appreciate it!
I'm actually looking to replace my device with something more flash friendly, what would you recommend as a good budget device to De-Googlefy?
Hey guys..I am facing the same issue. I cannot get into Fastboot mode using the key combination or adb method. With the ADB method and the unlock tool the phone reboots with fastboot written with some chinese characters for a split second and then boots up as normal.
Has anyone found any solutions?
I am on the 5th March 2021 security update.
I also suffer from the same problem, When I want to go to Fastboot, a logo comes for 2/3 seconds and then the system is rebooted.
I am also facing the same issue. Any Help?
Same here.
