Root for Fire OS 4.5.2

Hey,
I found a German thread here where the managed to root the latest Fire OS Version, see http://www.android-hilfe.de/amazon-...s-4-5-2-funktioniert-root-ja.html#post8436942. This post links to Firerooter (https://plus.google.com/+GranPC/posts/W412cQkHTCw) which is a tool to root the kindle HD 7. Isn't it possible to use this method to root also the HDX 7 with Fire OS 4.5.2? I'm asking cause I'm not so familiar with android developing, but maybe some experts here could answer the question and if possible port it for the HDX devices.

Can I downgrade my Fire (5th Generation) running on 5.3.2.1 ?! Please Help

- Hi, recently i soft bricked my tablet and had to go back to amazon's again. I know as of now, you can't root it but is there any way to downgrade safely ? running on 5.3.2.1
Any help would be appreciated

Go to rootjunky youtube channel he has a video on how to do the downgrade.

5.3.2.1 cannot be rolled back for now

Reinforcing @Amerkiller's post. A downgrade/rollback attempt​ from 5.3.2.1 will brick the device.

No - you could have easily found this information with a simple search.

Mine kindle fire 7 2017 came with 5.0.1 so how do I root and install a rom?

I dont know how to follow the other guides so can someone guide me step by step? My kindle fire 7 2017 is on 5.0.1. I dont know how, but thats how it came.

If its Fire OS 5.0.1 it's a 5th gen 2015 Fire

I found this site when I was searching how to root my Fire 5th gen. I still don't know how how to do it though so I'll look through this forum and see what I can find.
I used to develop apps and game s but no longer do so.
I'm now just trying learn things.
but now I don't what to say.

This should be the working root method for the 5th Gen Fire 7in (codename: ford)
