isn't there a full working custom rom 4.4 or 4.3 or even 4.2 cuz i just hate the stock rom

and the mobile data doesn't work

which sources was released last week ? was that able to port oreo based custom rom??
I was hoping there will be a RUI based custom rom before I just unlocking my bootloader. by the way im using a CN ROM device and also some custom kernel that will rock our devices.
