[MOD][Metamorph] dinglberry launcher (AOSP 1.6)

I was making one of many themes that i decided not to finish when i get to the boring part of editing the 9 pngs and changing the color of all of them and thanks to stericson metamorph app. i decided i would share some parts of it. Here's the launcher should work with (Aosp 1.6).all i ask if you add it to a theme just give me credit for my work thx.
added a morph for just the clock.

clock too?
Isnt that the launcher from systemforce or specforce theme? looks similar.

the clock is not in it.i did not like the clock in the nexus dump so i made my nexus clock and the launcher i made i will have to look up systemforce or specforce theme.

added a morph with just the clock and looked at systemforce don't look like it at all and don't see specforce or any thing like it.

nice i like it! looks like you have a few metamorphs, would it be possible if you could put them all in one thread so that they are all easily accessible. it would also decrease the clutter of metamorphs in the theme section. just a suggestion.

metamorph will replace the images in whatever you have as Launcher.apk in /system/app/ if that is the Advanced Launcher, then you have Advanced Launcher support.

settings widget released by kron2. Search and you find it.

kron i have a question. The clock on my phone looks a bit like the screenshots you posted, some grany lines separating the shades of grey.
But checking inside the metamorph file on the pc the clock dial file looks perfect.
Is it the low resolution of my phone?

[Theme][G1] HeroMix v.01 cm 4.2.9.1 (updated.12/20)

Hi,
i called this theme Hero Mix because it's a mix of my themed _rom, Eclair-Hero theme by pcmaniacs (i want to say him: THANKS) and some other theme.
I want also say a big THANKS to TED417 for the nice launcher bar of this theme.
This is a cm 4.2.9.1 theme, so you must before flash that rom and after flash this theme.
Lockscreen is untouched for now
I made also a version with Launcher bar of my themed_rom.

Also when I select a contact the background where their name is is a bright green, is it supposed to be like that?

just a suggestion, photo_frame.png, from the htcphotowidget.apk in any hero rom(took mine for mghtymax 1.9.1)instead of coloring the android frame, and renamed appwidget_bg.9.png
this essentially eliminates the frame altogether, just looks cleaner imho

When i rotate the phone, it force closes.

How To Install:
FLashing Theme
Verify the ROM version you have running on your phone (Cyanogen, SuperE or SuperBad)
Download correct Theme version for your ROM (i.e SuperE use 5.0.7-DS, SuperBadCM5 1.5 & 1.5.1, SpeedTeam Eclair v1.2 use 5.0.8 Test1)
Transfer the Theme zip to the root of your SD card
Boot into Recovery
Flash Theme (No need to WIPE, simply flash on top of the ROM you are running)
Reboot
Changing Notification colors
Open Spare Parts, scroll to "User Interface Tweaks - Reboot Required" section at the bottom of Spare Parts. (Changing Colors in SuperE does NOT work)(Its a SuperE ROM issue NOT a Theme issue)
Under General, check "Show Clock" and change the Colors to your liking
Under Notifications, again change the Colors to your liking
Reboot!

Not yet,... simply put on root of SD and flash as normal..
Wont effect any tweeks you may be running.

after flashing it last night, i am totally surprised - this is an amazing theme - thanks sooooo much for that

There's one thing I'm noticing in the screenshots that's a little off. It's a blue theme, but the powercontrol widget still has the green lights. Would you be able to switch those to blue? For the rest, it looks perfect!

hahahaha!!! that's what I think sometimes too when I put a theme out! But then the way i think about it is, people find it so perfect and that it works so well that they are speechless and have no problems with it. Cuz most ppl only post on here to point out the problems...very few to say thank you.

Nexus S is my first android phone. Everyone's got amazing screens. How do i get one of these? All the help and suggestions are highly appreciated.

Wallpaper you just need to search around but wallbase.net has been my go to.
Finally, to change dock icons and various other things, I use Launcher Pro, you can get it in the market. My dock icons I made myself.

welcome to the android community
in a nutshell...read, everything you need to know is in this forum. you can do slight modifications with new launchers (adw or launcher pro) but to really make significant changes (complete themes, fonts,etc) you will need to root. (needed to do screen captures as well)

In case anyone wants it, this is a news and weather apk that def works on the xoom. If anyone wants to include in their rom please give credit where credit is due.
For the few that may have any problems with the original apk here is the new (signed genie apk) optimized one!
ANDDDD for those who want an optimized widget (RC2) with the normal gray background here you go!

Hello, no you do not have to be rooted to install launcher pro. I like ADW ex it seems more intuitive but launch pro is good too. Hope this helps.

Thanks. The idea for me is to have everything on one screen and with Launcher Pro, you get the extra screen (notice no borders) and the widgets can be resized.
You do not need root to install launcher Pro but keep in mind it is not designed for tablets so some tweaking of the settings is necessary. There is a thread on this already I think in Xoom General forums which covers this.
Also, the background is using the Live Aquarium live wallpaper. I have not noticed any lag with Launcher Pro or this live Wallpaper as others have reported. It may be because I only use one home screen.

It was made specifically for the xoom, I can put up and APK for your thunderbolt when i get home, i am currently at work right now, if no one else does it by the time i get home.
