How do I flash the newest firmware when rooted?

Does anyone have a link to download the newest firmware release so I can flash through Odin. I'm having a hard time finding this.

you can download the full .tar firmware from sammobile.com or samsung-updates.com, then you can flash them through odin..

can i use prince comsy odin for flash xaa firmware onto sprint N8?

What about the drivers? I need an updated odin?
