I need to interface an application with android studio to a Siemens PLC. I dont know how to start can some of you give me a way to go and maybe help me?

I have win7 on my pc and have my viva. But I cannot install .netframework3.5 in viva.Always shows installation un successfull. I am using windows mobile device center.

Do you use Visual Studio 2008 as your development environment?
If so, why don't you deploy a simple application with .NET CFW 3.5 and install it on your device?
Wanna ask to everyone here, is there possibilities to install BlackBerry Application Suite on Xperia X1 (i've used 23125 ROM with 2016 Sense), Everytime i installed the application, i got some error message screen like cannot install on HTC-Kovsky, Please help is there possibilities to install it just like in HTC Raphael???
