OK, have you tried the whole restart, remove program, reinstall etc etc to make sure it isn't a fluke?
And if so have you contacted the developer to let them know yet?

I have a problem in Flashing the latest lineage os with twrp 3.1.0.The Error code was 7. And then I flash unofficial cm13.0 successfully. In the end I flash Mookee 60.1 . The problem appeared again.What should I do?

Downgrade your twrp to 3.0.2.0 or older, It's because the recovery date is newer than the rom date

Are there any twrp Recovery for redmi 4 santoni which support incremental update? Like redwolf twrp of redmi note 4 mido sd edition... Can any dev make this?

Redwolf recovery has been ported for Redmi 4/4X. Search for it in the forums.

You can update through it but after that you lost your su permission also twrp and it goes to default recovery.
Download it through browser and dirty flash on existing rom then you don't loose your existing recovery.
