Hi, i bought an ROG 2 Tencent model from eBay back in October and have never updated the firmware at all.
Wanted to upgrade to android 10 and have downloaded the WW update direct from Asus, put onto the internal storage and restarted the phone. The notification appeared however the update fails.
I have checked online and i need the finger print to be WW which i think it is? See below pic.

Hey all,
I plugged my I9305 into Kies this morning, and there was a notification saying there is an update available to firmware version PDA:LL3
I cannot find anywhere a change log for this update...
I don't want to update the phone, then loose the ability to change my dock icons (like Telstra's "update" had)
Does anyone know what this update is for? and what changes it includes?

Jumped the gun and did the update, after Samsung Live chat assured me that the update wouldn't affect the dock icons.
All good. No noticeable changes yet.

I saw this phone on a website
it is a bricked phone but with a reasonable price
and i have few questions
1. is it real ?
2. it is possible to fix it?
3. i am living in HK , can i use it normally or i need to do something like sim unlock?
Since i use samsung devices these years and i am using galaxy nexus now, so i don't have any experience of htc's

the seller said that he flashed a wrong recovery and then who booting the device ,it stuck at this page
My phone stuck at B202 MM n cannot update to N version with normal/force method.
In about phone it shows VIE-L29C636B202.
Vendor country info also shows correct which is hw n spcseas.
I found something weird number at Version Info which is VIE-C900B202 at boot and system.
How do i update to N?

Problem solved by doing "force upgrade method" to VIE-L29C636B180 (its actually downgrade in my case) and after that I can do OTA/Full OTA until latest Nougat VIE-L29C636B384.
Ok so when I first got my phone, which is global ROM and not tencent for sure, I updated to android 10 beta which you can see the build of in the image below. I kept trying to update to newer versions since then because I want the phone to run smoother but no matter which version and what I try, it always says the update failed. I've tried countless times and I just want help at this point. I've tried upgrading to beta 5, 7, 8, and 9, none of them work for me. This is my first time and it doesnt seem to want to show my image links, i have no idea what's going on

I've just received mine Rog 2, turned it on, and the screen is frozen, it seems that the OS do not load.

Ok should be an easy fix, since your phone I assume you have a WW version phone , you need to scour xda for the RAW file zip. And perform an install. Don't worry the raw file can let you downgrade firmware. Maybe this will help
