Hello everyone , has anyone had any kind of issue with your brightness screen after pie update. I had a lower brightness in the g6 screen. Now the screen is too dark. Is there any solution for this issue? Tons of thanks in advanced.

Has anyone managed to get Adaptive Brightness to work on their Moto x? I have it switched on yet my phones brightness never seems to change even in near darkness or bright sun shine.
Found the answer here:

I'm glad you found the answer. I can definitely see the brightness change depending on the ambient light in the room, but it will stick to a more narrow "band" of brightnesses based on how you have the brightness set.
Hi, does anyone else find that the screen brightness slider on the Z3 Compact is either, bright or dull and nowhere in between? The slider basically takes the screen from black to dull for most of the slider and then in the last very small bit it ramps up the brightness really quickly to full brightness? My wife's Moto G (1st gen) and Moto E (2015) both have much better brightness sliders.
Also the Moto G and Moto E have much better full brightness. They seem vastly brighter than the Z3 Compact. According to here and here the Z3 is supposed to be nearly double the amount of Nits.
So do you think there is something wrong with the screen?
Running lollipop. No customisations. UK edition.
Go to settings then go to Display then turn off adaptive brightness
I hope it works for you
sorry for bad english
Hello friends,
I am experiencing a display issue with KatKiss 6.0.1
Display looks always overexposed.
I can only adjust brightness but contrast and color saturation are very low.
Am I the only one facing this issue?
Is there a trick or workaround ?
Thanks
Hey today I noticed that my ambient display backlight is very bright. Can anyone say how to decrease the backlight brightness of ambient display. My phone is Nokia 7 plus TA-1046 and running on Android pie December update.
It's most probably the problem with novatek-v07 display. Check it in about phone. There are some threads here that are dedicated to this issue.
HI Guys,
I have heard that there is a bug in Android pie update which reduced the brightness of the screen and also reduced the headphone volume output. Are these issues fixed? Also in general how is the screen quality of this phone? Is it bright enough?
Please let me know as I am thinking about buying this phone as it's on sale in India.
No takers?

If you want to leave Auto Brightness enabled and it defaults to too dark, I have used Velis Velis Auto Brightness with great success. Get it on Play Store or on XDA : https://forum.xda-developers.com/sho....php?t=1910521
