Hello, I have a problem on my realme x2 pro, my problem is that when someone calls me and I stay in communication with him the call cuts automatically after 20 m, and I tried several times and it is the same thing, and it does not happen when it is me who calls, this problem occurs only when someone calls me and I stay with him more than 20 minutes in communication. Thank you for helping me with this problem.
Strange... Mine does this after 2h but it's a network restriction on my contract.

Hi
what could cause my sgs to suddenly start to drop calls?
been working flawlessly for few months, few days ago 99% of outgoing and incoming calls are dropped, or they can't reach me at all or the phone rings few times and than terminate the connection.
Same for outgoing calls, most of the time the second it establish the connection it drops it, or i can talk for few seconds only.
The phone is not rooted, rom is default one from the factory, only a few apps on it (launcherpro etc), can app be the cause of it, or maybe my sim card?
Signal strenght is ok, mobile apn also
tnx
edit. ok, lol, local t-mobile is having massive selective problems in all voice connections last few days and i was totally unaware if it, panic gone
Most certainly your service provider not your phone. Sometimes my 3g our hspda will stop working at home, other times I will have to call a number several times before it connects...
See if the problem persist when you travel Few kms then you will be connected to new cell towers. If it only happens in the one area it's not you're phone
Sent from my GT-I9000 using XDA App
When i switch to 3G/4G LTE mode i can receive the first call normally without any delays BUT if the second call is made within a gap of 30 seconds the call doesnt get connected and the caller gets an out of coverage message but the phone's signal strength shows excellent always.
After approx 30seconds i receive a message regarding the miscall from the caller.
When switched to 2G mode and consecutive calls are made with in a delay of 30 seconds all the calls get connected normally with out any issues.
I tried this on other phones there doesnt seem to an issue with the sim or the network either!
Is there any problem with the hardware as it doesnt seem any phones has the similar issue to be classified as a software issue!
I have brand new phone bought in India with default settings and OS. On Jio sim when phone is lying idle for few minutes it stops receive calls. Caller gets message that phone is offline. The moment I pick up phone I can see missed calls. When screen is on there is no problem in calling or sending calls. It seems phone goes in deep sleep when lying idle and cellular service gets stopped. Please advice.

I am getting calls that go straight to voicemail. This does not happen all the time, but when it does there is no call log, just a voicemail notification. Searching the web and support calls to T-Mobile seems to indicate that it is because the Mate 20 Lite does not support VoLTE, even though the phone has the band support. When a call comes in, T-Mobile will try and drop the call from LTE to 2G/3G, fail and then send the call straight to VM. Cannot find a solution and it seems there are many people having this issue across many different brands of unlocked phones on the T-Mobile network.
Here is the odd part and why I think it might be the phone. I am getting insane battery life on the Mate 20 Lite. I charged the phone to 100%last night, went to bed and 8 hours later it was still at 100%. Last night I missed an important call that went straight to VM. No forwarders, call blocks, airplane mode etc. I also noticed that these straight to VM calls happen when the phone has been sitting/immobile for a while. Like the aggressive battery management is killing some service. This does not happen with a Xiaomi A2 that my wife is using.
BTW, I am connecting to band LTE band 4 and get near 40Mbps down when testing, so I assume I am getting 4G LTE.
The phone is still within the return window and if I cannot solve this, I have to send it back.
Anyone have a solution?
No solution. I have a similar problem where I live there is nearly no cellular reception and the only way to get calls is to be connected to WiFi which activates VoLTE / Voice over WIFI. Huawei Mate 20 Lite does not do it though. Why not?
Hello, I tried several roms and I had problems with the signal, every time someone wanted to call my phone I could not, it's like if my phone was off or I was in airplane mode. The only solution was to restart my phone and only the signal worked for a few minutes and nobody could communicate. Only happened to me with calls, I had mobile data and could receive messages, I just could not receive calls, or make calls, I got an error in the network. I went back to stock and I do not have that calling problem
