Does anybody installed the new version (2020-03-09) of Andy Yan's LineageOS 17 (Android 10 GSI) on Moto G6 (ali)?
If so, could you please tell what is not working?

LineageOS 17.1 is now officially available to Moto G6 Plus.
Does that mean we can get a port of LineageOS for our phone more easier? Or don't?

AndyYan's GSI by itself does not work correctly on the Moto G6, it'll bootloop. There is a specific GSI based off of his GSI which works on the Moto G6. It's LineageOS 17 and works great. Try it out.

Anyone knows when official custom roms will be released for moto X4. I like to flash official ROM as its my daily driver device.
In custom ROM section, those are unofficial.
There are only Lineage, Resurrection Remix v6.1, Carbon ROM, & that too Unofficial Version.
When can we see Pixel Experience, Omni ROM, AOSP extended, Liquid Remix, CrDroid, Firehound ???
It looks like Moto X4 is neglected device, one side MOTO is not releasing regular update, for my XT1900-2 its still on android 8.0, jun patch, & Other side there are no official popular ROM, i request all developers on XDA to focus on moto X4 so that users like me can enjoy bunch of latest android features.

But, LineageOS 15.1 will become official and you can flash the GSIs found at Project Treble section, just follow the guide to install Android Pie found here.
No official yet,and process of porting android 9.0 is too complex. Can't we have flashable rom zip one file for android 9 moto x4

WILL become official... Just wait, maybe Tuesday...
The only zip available for Pie is LineageOS 16, but it's in development, not only for our device, but the system itself.

Hi,
The G7 Plus is available for € 225.00 for Amazon Prime Day and I am considering getting one. I see that TWRP is available for the device and a current build of LineageOS should be possible through GSI. Does anybody have the GSI port of Lineage running on this device and can comment on how everything runs compared to stock?
I'd be looking to run LineageOS, Magisk and a GCam port - any problems with that?
Does anyone know of a good working gcam for the moto x4 that works with lineage os 16?

I saw someone post that androi 10 is working on exynos 7870 device and until today im still not seen anyrom about it

I installed Spaget X and GSI ROM. Everything works good including Camera and etc. But Spaget X cannot mount /preload that causes all patches cannot be installed. So LED patch to enable the LED cannot be installed.
Spaget X has been discontinued. And I have no clue to fix this issue. Do you have some more suggestions for any new Treble project?

I own a Moto G5s Plus and it doesn't even have OTA updates to Android 9. So I'd say probably not. I know that the Z4 and Z3 Play got updates to Android 10, with Android 11 being planned for it.

Dude, have you ever heard of custom ROMs?
Yes it will atleast receive some custom roms for android 11
LineageOS 18 with Android 11 is starting their work this afternoon
