Galaxy tab s2 (t713) wont boot into twrp - Galaxy Tab S2 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

I'm using Odin and am attempting to root my tablet with magisk. I get to the point where I flash TWRP (twrp-3.2.1-1 tar) onto it, turn it off with (power + volume down) and then instantly switch to (power + vol up + home), but it only boots into normal samsung recovery, which I know overwrites TWRP. Is there anything I'm doing wrong (I mean I know I am, but idk how)?
Whenever I do try to boot into recovery (like how i said it only boots into normal) it says:
"RECOVERY BOOTING.......
Could not do normal boot.

Found a bunch if Fastboot menu's, SBF flash mode, recovery and more....

So I have a replacement D3 arriving here on Tuesday so I thought I would dig around this one a bit being that it is messing up anyway. Found a few things that should be helpful to us hopefully shortly....or now would be awesome.
Anyway...all of these started with battery out....hold the key first then insert battery and hit power...all the while holding the key.
Here we go
Volume down = AP Fastboot
Both volume keys = Boot menu with options for
Normal
Recovery
AP fast
RP SBF Flash
RP only
AP RP USB Bypass
BP Tools
in this menu only volume down is used to navigate and volume up selects
Right navigation arrow (keyboard) = RP SBF Flash mode....same as in previous menu but takes you directly to it
Up navigation arrow (keyboard) = RP Fastboot Flash Mode
M = Same as both volume down and volume up
B = Vendor flash mode
F = fastboot flash mode
I am sure there are more and I will mess with it more tomorrow and post what I find.

Bump because a handset I had had the same issue.
Running in to this on my Captivate. Unable to mount error and the unknown upload mode error.
"Power reset or unknown upload mode" appears when I try to boot the phone. After the AT&T screen, it goes to black. Hold power+vol up long enough to normally trigger a reset, and this message appears.
-Power off your phone
-Pull out battery
-Open Odin
-Attach phone to pc with usb
-Hold down both volume buttons and put battery back in
-Now you should be in download mode and able to go back to stock with odin
I got the same problem and cant now get into download mode

[Q] How to revive a hardbrick Samsung Galaxy S5 SM-G900P?

I would like to ask if there is any possibility to unbrick it as I just got myself into trouble.
Initial states of phone:
Model : SM-G900P (supposingly, as it was shown in Odin, but within the device info and backside label is SM-G900F)
PDA & CP & CSC : G900FXXU1BOK2 (reflected via *#1234#)
Android 5.0 Lolipop
*Just in case, you are curious why this phone was in this stage, that is the original state of phone which I bought, it is refurbished, sold to me as G900F (ofc, being cheated) and that time I was not geek in phone and didn't realize it is a problem.*
*G900FXXU1BOK2 is not available in any website download so far.
Potential Cause of hard brick:
I noticed there is something not right about the PDA so forth, so I attempted to update everything with Flashfire(Rooted) with G900FXXU1CPGK downloaded from sammobile. (the reason that I didn't use Odin is because bootloader of G900P will automatically reject it with aboot error). And so Flashfire did everything.
Current states of phone:
1. Power button : system won't boot
2. Power + Vol Up + Home : Blank, no power, no recovery
3. Power + Vol Down + Home : Blank, no power, no download mode
4. Charger : Not charging
5. Odin3 is unable to detect the phone
6. adb is unable to detect the phone
I searched around Google and notice there are several options might work under this circumstance:
1. G900F phone: Mount bootloader recovery and .pit file into sd card and boot it with sd card into download mode, then re-flash everything (but this is a G900P phone, I can't find any BL recovery file associated with this model)
2. JTag service
Much appreciate if anyone can enlight me with more viable options or ways to get this fix.

Question [Download Mode] Help determing if phone is rooted

Hi,
I need help to find out if my phone has been rooted please.
I have booted into download mode (connect phone to PC via USB-C, turn off phone, hold Volume-Up and Power, select Reboot to Bootloader.
I was told by Samsung that I should be able to see Current Binary on the screen, but I don't.
It shows the turquoise Download Mode screen (with the big down arrow and Downloading underneath), but at very the top it says:
ODIN MODE (by PARAM Download)
Cause: BL: Recovery Mode Set by key
Pic attached
It doesn't show me a Current Binary option at all. How do I find this or am I doing something wrong?
Thanks (in advance) !!!

As a result the put is stuck on superiorOS boot logo
I cannot with any of the usual key combos get into recovery mode or display the download mode screen.
I have tried to refresh with odin but although with the superiorOS boot logo it shows as connect to odin it will not get past setupconnection.
Any help would be really great.

If you're using Note9 you can try the following:
- Connect the usb cable to your pc
- Make sure you have the drivers installed (one way to do this is installing Samsung Dex for Windows)
- Press and Hold the Volume Down + Bixby button + Power Button
- After around 7 seconds, the phone should enter Download Mode and you can flash again with Odin or others
Another thing you can do if you have TWRP is first enter on Download mode, choose Restart and immediately after press and hold Volume Up Button + Power Button and it should enter Recovery Mode and boot TWRP

Thank you for your suggestion. Unfortunately I have tried all of those options and none work. My note 9 connects to the PC when I connect it, and shows as connected in Odin however the screen os stuck on the new roms boot logo. When I try and flash firmware through Odin even if I am using the .pit file odin get stuck at setupconnection.
