Default Wallpaper is located in the drawables in framework-res.apk
the wallpaper gallery wallpapers are located in the Launcher.apk
I've managed to pull up a zip that has official WP7 sounds like:
-Keyboard sound (should work with third party keyboards)
-Low battery sound
-Over 40 ringtones and notifications
... and made a zip for Segoe WP, the official WP7 font. (Note: This affects your status bar clock at the top right hand corner)
TODO LIST:
-Get official WP7 clock alarms
-Get official ringtones names (as Ring01 and Ring02 are not official names)
-Compile all of the zips into one main zip
-Other sounds (camera, lock sound, etc.)

Thanks! But would you happen to know how to add the keyboard sounds/ where to add them? I'm using smart keyboard pro.
Doesn't to be able to flash the font. This is what I get when I try to flash it.
Amend scripting (update-script) is no longer supported.
Amend scripting was deprecated by Google in Android 1.5.
It was necessary to remove it when upgrading to the ClockworkMod 3.0 Gingerbread based recovery.
Please switch to Edify scripting (update-script and update-binary) to create working zip packages.
Installation aborted.
