It uses the lineage 17.1 base, so it had the same bugs. So it doesn't support magisk and its additions. In addition to the home button not working.

Magisk 20.3 works fine for me and i manged to get viper4android working by installing viper4android 2.7.10 apk reboot to recovery.
flash audio modification.zip (download it 1st from within magisk) then goto TWRP advanced - file manager - data - adb - modules - Viper4android - rename post-fs-data.sh to say post-fs-data and save - reboot.
Viper4android now working

correction. home button to wake device isn't working as its not implemented by the rom correctly. And it uses the android 10 device tree base, it's not based on lineage 17 itself.

Evolution X 4.1.69 released, available in OP.
No device changes, Don't really know what the Evolution Team changed from the previous build 4.1.420 but enjoy!

Bug Report
BUGS:
1. Always on while charging not working
2. Double tap to check phone (ambient display) not working
3. Screen cast not working (rebooting after trying to connect to a tv)
4. Sometimes system crashes and non of the apps run (reboot will fix the problem but it will happen again after some hours)
5. Selfie camera not working in google camera

Suggestion:
- Add new on/off button style in next version

1. Will not work, Always on is disabled
2. Probably because you have double tap to wake on
3. Not supported anymore. Google removed the code for miracast casting from our device.
4. Apps are running in the background, one particular app may be crashing the system (check logs and report).
5. Try a different google camera/config.
Suggestions are be sent to Evolution X team (I dont add the features!)

Right now the best kernel is the included one. Others may break some things in rom like calling etc

GREAT rom txns only issue is when in call on speaker extremely low any suggestion how to fix

Hi Bro, thanks for the ROM, I just faced some issues,
After installing this rom in my s7 edge g935f, There is No service, and the flashlight button is greyed out (can't press it), is there any solution fot these issues please ?

Just finished install. Wow....so far not one issue after finishing my setup. Awesome smoothness is the best way I can describe. I guess my only quip, screen really dim during initial setup. Once I got a desktop I could adjust display settings. Minor quip. Oh, used the non google migration tool backup to restore all my apps. Only one minor error installing an old app. Referenced below. Absolutely no issues using TWRP, with a basic factory reset only coming from a Q ROM here and no issues.:good::good::good:

Open settings screen, use search tool and type in vibration. tons of adjustments, style, strength, etc in different places, like accessibility.

When i search it it appears on menu but when i get into it there is no adjustment about strenght it just on/off or pattern

First impressions
I am Testing this Rom for 5 days now. I am very happy with it. I is very fast and everything runs very smooth. Battery for me, is better then the other Android 10 ROMs (AEX, Arrow, PixysOS) for the Zuk Z2 Pro. But i am not running it as my daily driver. So I will do some further testing. Thanks for developing!

Let me know further updates.. calling, speaker sound, calling over Bluetooth headphones , which Gcam works fine, force closure of application , force reboot etc. ...!! Thank you ?

Thanks for the question, this is helpful because I am not used to talk about my testing. I am doing it a lot for me but mostly I only speak to myself
So I have absolutely no unforced stops or reboots. Listening via Bluetooth is also very good, stable. Speaker quality is also very good, sound coming out of the headphonejack also. Gcam mod i use: PMGC_7.0.009_FinalRelesedVersion_V10.apk
It runs good, but as many other battery drain is very heavy. But not redish or greenish tint. But video seems to have some problems, but I am still testing.
Wlan is also stable, no turning of and on or something like that.
Please ask more questions if want more information. I have not that much time, but my testing will go on
I am still very happy with the Rom.
Only problem I have is that I have to change my battery, it is only at 74% of health

So I have absolutely no unforced stops or reboots. Listening via Bluetooth is also very good, stable. Speaker quality is also very good, sound coming out of the headphonejack also. Gcam mod i use: PMGC_7.0.009_FinalRelesedVersion_V10.apk
It runs good, but as many other battery drain is very heavy. But not redish or greenish tint. But video seems to have some problems, but I am still testing.
Wlan is also stable, no turning of and on or something like that.
Please ask more questions if want more information. I have not that much time, but my testing will go on
I am still very happy with the Rom.
Only problem I have is that I have to change my battery, it is only at 74% of health

currently using Arrow OS... everything seems good.. except the Bluetooth calling and Battery drainage is bit faster then AOSP Extended...
Also the speaker sounds a bit low compared to other 10.0 OS..

Flashed the ROM successfully...
Till now everything run smooth.. Battery life is better than other 10.0 OS . Speaker sound bluetooth sound for listening music is good.
in-call audio for bluetooth headphone are not working...I am unable to hear the voice of other person but he is able to hear my voice..Can this issue be fixed please...??
Apart from it it is very beautiful and smooth to use..I loved it.. Thank you Development team?

Hi,
at first I am still using the rom and I am very happy with it. I still have now issues and it is running very smooth and fast.
My only worry is, will this Rom get further updates. I won't complain, but because this isn't a official rom, I am I little bit worried. Does someone has any further information about that?

Hi. I'm using twrp 3.3.0.
I can't seems to mount the SD card folder inside the internal storage, as well as /data folder. I can't perform wipe too.

Change another recovery

after using it for half a day i got some problem.:
my mic has low volume according to my friends that i talked to.
my mic suddenly stopped working. after reboot it's working again.

Have you found any Android 10 ROM that does not have that problem? it's happened to me with almost all ROM.

Source is not completely stable, but we are constantly trying to fix existing bugs, it can't be fixed at once, but gradually.
At least there will be improvement on every new release

Looks like is an issue of Android 10. I used the xiaomi.eu ROM with Android 10 and I had the same problem, so I had to revert to stock rom but I'm hating MIUI 11 low performance on some local bank apps (important for me) and games now.

This is old build, and some of the bugs we just discovered include some of it
But you can check out the new build on the Telegram channel for Redmi 7 by other developer
Maybe the bug was fixed in the build

But it's unofficial so its not listed in telegram

Nice Rom...unfortunaly the same issue as on the havoc 4.1 - no fingerprintfunction in apps (for example bank app) - this feature works on StatiXOS 4.1

Can you please include a version without gapps? Many of us are trying to go De-Googled.

Thanks... very strange that all these Custom ROM's have this issue...

Known Issues,
- Chrome Freeze (Use another browser like Bromite/Brave/Firefox)
- Fingerprint on Apps. (No workaround available)
- Stuck on the ESSENTIAL logo when charging while turned off.
Other than that, ROM is fantastic. The battery life is amazing.
@12AX7 EvolutionX ROM is basically PIXEL EXPERIENCE + CUSTOMIZATION. I don't think you'll find pixel experience without GAPPs. Try ARROWOS by the same developer i.e. HIPER25.

Hey trying to figure out why magisk isn't working. It never installs although recovery said it did. Is it a new way for Android 11? I'm doing it the same way if do it on Android 10. Just flashing it through recovery

You should update new version of Magisk.

I accidentally flashed with "PH1-Images-PQ1A.190105.090" to make Android P Stock ROM. And then installed TWRP, performed data/cach/system wipe, Evo-X 5.4 ROM(RQ1A.210205.004), flash TWRP again, and then Magisk 21.4.
I am not sure that it is only for me, but
- Chrome: Works. No freezing. I browsed slickdeals, xda, and youtube for more than 5 min. No freezing or app crashing.
- I don't have any charging issues.
- Magisk installed successfully and works OK.
- fingerprint: Not working. I installed Chase and Capital One Bank app. Tried to turn on the fingerprint login option., then the apps freezing or crashing. Does not work.
- Google Voice: Same as other PH-1 Android 11 custom ROMs, it has some issue. To me, there is a latency when I make and receive calls via the WIFI mode. The Use Carrier Only mode has no latency issue, but I need the Wifi mode call which works perfectly with Stock ROMs.
The funny thing is that I flashed PH-1 again with "PH1-Images-QQ1A.200105.007", and then installed TWRP, this ROM, and Magisk again. Now the Chrome is freezing every less than a minute. I don't know what is the difference between them.

Very interesting find. So maybe I should try flashing Stock "P" ROM firs and then try StratiXOS again and see if Chrome then works. Do happen to know where I can download that file?

Ok, so I was on 4.1 of other ROM and I flashed "PH1-Images-PQ1A.190105.090" and then 4.2 of the other ROM and then installed TWRP and sure enough, the Chrome freeze issue is gone! So thank you for accidentally flashing that older version and finding a cure!

Any solution to the fingerprint bug?

I have a stick romance thinking about updating to Android 11 anyone have a simple how to for magisk recovery just got the phone it's stock Android 10 currently.
