There are other android p ports for it , saw some YouTube vedios but all are highly buggy and sluggish in performance

How to install it? Is my device need to be rooted? Will I get software updates from Asus?

I even didn't unlocked my bootloader.......but the Dev says it boots up succesfully.

for all who got the gsi booted on zenphone m1 pro please upload twrp backup of boot system and vendor partition or if you can do a clean flash please upload a data partition also cause i think the post gsi 1 and 2 zips do something to data partition also this will help people who cant get it booted

EDL account help required please

Hi
I searched the forums up and down and looked at several options to restore my Chinese K20 pro from a hard brick. I have tried for several days now. Contacted the Russian guy, looked at the Xiaomi tool forum. etc
I have the phone open on and can see the Qualcomm 9008 in device manager already.
Please does someone have an authorised EDL account or method to fix this?
All other forums are old pre 2020 hence the reason for a new post.

I was in same situation, opened phone, did edl test point method, contacted various shady people ect ect yet no one replied.
I already had unlocked bootloader and never found out why phone randomly bricked, tried everything to unbrick so as a last resort I relocked bootloader and unlocked (miflash unlocked instantly no wait time, doubt I'll get that luck again) flashed fastboot rom and it booted. Just a suggestion for ya to try if you can't find someone with edl account.

I flashed the EU rom on my Chinese unlocked bootloader K20 pro, but forgot to uncheck the clean and lock option There been 100's of cases of this as this is the default option and there are several forum posts on XDA.
This issue does NOT have a working solution ATM......... fingers crossed.

People who can remotely EDL flash will charge for the service, last I saw it was up to $40. It is against XDA terms to promote paid for services, so we can not share information about who can EDL flash, if that person charges for doing so. Therefore people are sharing this information through PM's.

Realme X2 Pro / Hard Brick Solution

Hello everyone
I have realme X2 pro and got hard brick problem with this device :crying:
not working at all and can't do hard reset using volume up + power buttons but once I connected it with PC there is beep sound.
I hope someone knows a solution to this problem supporting me to unbrick it and reinstall the official Chinese firmware .

All hard bricks can only be fixed by realme. What do you see when you power on and what do you see when you press power plus volume down.

contact gsm mafia it unblock it remotely with teamviewer and msmtools i had the same problem. he is the solution.

I tried many time to ask Realme Co. for help, but they refused to provide any support outside the maintenance centers for its agents.

How much they charged for this?

Realme's only solution for my bricked CN version RealmeUI 2.0 was a service center visit...there are none in Canada, boo!
GSM Mafia works great, just don't brick it a second time like I did...RealmeUI 2.0 upgrade over OTA bootloader can't be unlocked for now...

If it's bricked and you have a plain white screen on power up and it's the Chinese variant, the only way to unbrick it that I found is by:
1. Visiting (in person) a Realme Service Center in Mainland China, or
2. Hire GSM Mafia to do it remotely via Teamviewer. They fixed my phone twice,

hey bro, nothing for the offence but the similar motheds about MSM download tools on the internet are totally can't work on the oppo R17. I have gave this R17 to an old friend and i will never choose the oppo anymore since it's not friendly for the phone flashing.

I don't think that has anything to do with it. OnePlus has always waited for a very stable version out of the initial builds to release a full factory image along with the MSM Tool.

it is the case since the 8T. op will hold off the full rom for months at a time and even skip it all together. This only started during the 8 series.
Also, op does not release the MSM, those are all tricked out of op by people who pretend to be bricked and contact op to help unbrick. BTW, you can't open the leaked MSM tool anymore without a login.

So how are OP owners returning phones back to stock, or fixing a bricked phone without the MSM tool? Do you have to mail the 10 pro back to China?

You might have to now. All I know is people used to call op to unbrick and save the tool, but that doesn't work anymore since you now need a login to use it
