Hi,
After I try ti upgrade magisk from magisk manager app my smartphone not enter in recovery mode.
It stucks on Android logo.
I am able ti reboot in normal mode and bootloader mode.
Ant solution?
You have unlocked bootloader? TWRP installed? Official Magisk or Magisk Canary installed? Where does it stop booting? On the yellow realme logo? Adb installed on your PC?
I had this problem with last Magisk version update twice. It has cost me 3 days of hard work and partial data loss. Since then I do not anymore update magisk trough it's own internal update function. Moreover, I do not update it at all as long as the phone is running. From this I learned: Never, never and never again update or change something on a realme phone without having made a Nandroid backup. I know it's too late now for your problem. We may solve it, but it might end up in formatting data, and loosing everything you have no backup.
I have nandroid backup. I think to uninstall magisk and try sgain ti flash twrp. I don't want loose data.
I am unlocked bootloader
It stucks in green Android logo when I try to reboot recovery
Orange Fox twrp installed
Magisk canary installed
Ok then first reinstall TWRP through adb. Then, if your nandroid backup includes Data, what it normally does, then I would just reload the backup.
First reinstall stock recovery.img from fastboot rom, search on xda, then install Twrp you want and enjoy.
Solved thank you guys

Hello
I was on B180 (PRA-LX1C432) rooted with magisk
No updates available in settings/update firmware, but connecting to PC HiSuite B194 appeared (which seems to be for Honor 8 lite by the way). It downloaded it, pushed it to phe phone, but when rebooting it goes to twrp... so obviously I'm still on B180
I imagine we have to flash back stock recovery before updating ? And then twrp again, magisk flash, etc ?
Thanks !
About OTA over magisk I found that on P9 forum:
1) unroot by Magisk Uninstaller, find the download link in the post https://forum.xda-developers.com/sho...63&postcount=1
2) flash from TWRP original stock boot img
3) wipe Dalwik and Cache from TWRP
3) flash from fastboot original stock recovery
4) let it make OTA update but select in the System Update settings to use Full (not differential) update - it will not delete your apps and settings
maybe the safest way indeed...
But as I "catch" the full ota, maybe I can use fastboot to flash only system and boot, and the reflash magisk to patch new boot img ?
anyone ?
Nobody updated after root ??
Ok, this is what I did and happened:
- In TWRP, flash magisk uninstaller script: ERROR 1. After reboot magisk was still here. That was a bad start...
- So I opened magisk app, click Uninstall and then Complete Uninstall. After that I made a reboot as asked, and device rebooted twice.
- Then, went to download mode and flashed stock recovery. And reboot.
- Then went to settings/updates/download latest full ota. It downloaded but refused to start the install process claiming to free up more than 900MB... Nothing on my internal sdcard so I had to uninstall some apps... cool !
- Then it reboot and installed the update
- First boot took a while, I still have "this device cannot be trusted" on start, and OEM unlock in settings is grayed and ON, so I think the bootloader is still unlocked
- Theme and wallpapers were reset with the update
For now I don't have flashed back twrp neither magisk .
In the meantime have you flashed TRWP and Migistik ? And again: do you have still to update your signature or something went wrong in installing fw B194.
Lastly: what do you mean by "went to download mode and flashed"...
DOES ANYONE HAVE THE OFP file for chinese rom?
Here is my situation:
1. changed recovery to orangefox successfully through bootloader
2. rooted with magisk 20.3 successfully
3. tried to install viper4android root version did not work as went in to bootloop. uninstalled and back to normal.
4. tried to install viper4android non root version through orange fox recovery. Phone now keeps loading into bootloader
5. used uninstaller.zip to uninstall non root viper driver, still i keep going back to bootloader. however i am still able to boot into recovery.
6. device undetectable in bootloader mode and cannot execute adb commands anymore.
Pls. help if any solution without formatting data etc and resetting the phone as I do not want to do manual backup and restore. However if that is the only solution, then no choice but would like to see if can be sorted without this.
Edit: Someone else under Paranoid Rom was having same issue and they fixed by flashing Vendor. I did the same now i am stuck at yellow realme logo.
Edit: couldnt find a way to reboot into the original ROM so had to install from beginning at least was able to backup due to OrangeFox recovery.

I need that file too. Can anyone help me to have this?
Hi!
I have pushed my MI 9 into bootloop and need help to get it back working.
The bootloader is unlocked, Magisk and TWRP are installed. I tried to install the latest Universal SafetyNet Fix, but instead of installing it inside Magisk I have "installed" the ZIP with TWRP and wiped the delvik cache. Now the phone is in bootloop.
In the Universal SafetyNet Fix- threat I got the hint to reinstall the stock boot.img, but I am unsure how to do this and which file to use.
Can I just use one of the boot.img linked in this threat, e.g., the one in 10.2.24.0?
[Root images] Boot 10.2.24.0 & 10.2.9.0 & 10.2.26.0
Version 10.2.26.0 Version 10.2.24.0 ------------ > Stock/Root Version 10.2.9.0
forum.xda-developers.com
and install it with fastboot, i.e., "Fastboot flash boot.img" ?
Or is there another solution to my problem, e.g., uninstall the safetynet-fix-v1.1.0.zip ?
Well, I gave it a try, but it doesn't work. Now the phone doesn't even show the MIUI logo anymore. Fortunately, I had made a backup with TWRP before I tried this, and I could reflash the old boot.img with
fastboot flash boot boot.emmc.win
Now at least the MIUI logo appears again, but my original problem is still there, the phone still doesn't boot completely, but resets and goes into twrp.
Problem solved by deleting the safetynet-fix folder. Thanks to Durete for this tip!
How to Uninstall Magisk Modules Using TWRP Recovery
Removing the Magisk module manually causes bootloop. You can easily uninstall Magisk modules using TWRP recovery without resetting your device.

Yesterday i flashed magisk (using the new method of course) and when i tried to boot it would stop on the miui boot screen. I can go into fastboot and recovery but i dont have twrp installed.
If anybody could help i would be grateful.
Update: The phone now says system is destroyed when i try to boot into recovery, should i just fresh install miui?
Also there is a roll back function that triggers when you install unverified img files so i think the cause is that.
Fresh install worked.
now my device works
I was unlocked and rooted at Indian 12.5.2 ROM for the longest time. Got a notification for 12.5.5 and installed it. That took away root, but that was expected.
Now I've installed official TWRP, but as soon as I install Magisk (either via zip from recovery or patched twrp recovery image via the Magisk app), when I try rebooting to system, phone instead boots back to TWRP with a 'Android Rescue Party Trigger' error.
Happened every single time I've tried above - phone tries booting and then boots to recovery, and only way to boot system again is to install unpatched TWRP recovery, but then there's no root.
What should I do?
