I tried to install the FDE.Ai module @FeraVolt post" and the console reported that the kernel does not accept the module, but the apk version says to uninstall .. what to do? I couldn't even install it and the app says the module is installed and I have to remove it. I tried to install using Magisk Manager and also via recovery ..

That means that your kernel blocked the module. Only thing you can do is change the kernel.

I got bootloop after reboot. I installed zip file offered by http://forum.xda-developers.com/xposed/xposed-installer-versions-changelog-t2714053
Then I can reboot now but can't use xposed.
So how can I use xposed without bootloop?
I am using MI 2S with MIUI 5.
Thanks!!

Try to disable resources hooks in settings (but modules modifying resources will not work of course).
I think Xposed supports Miui, @rovo89 may help you.
Don't you need WSM Tools while running MIUI 5?

Hello guys. I'm tempted to install Magisk on my Zenfone 2 ZE551ML. I have the latest CM13 Nightly + Xposed and I want to ask if Magisk has any problem running alongside these two.
Another question is if I can still use the built in CM13 root.
Thanks for your answers!
Im running on CM 13 (ZenFone 2 Laser ZOOL) stable and it works fine.
The only problem is that with xposed active the safetynet check don't pass. But its just a matter of disabling xposed and rebooting when necessary.
I dont know if the differences are too significant, but hope it helps.

That means Magisk doesn't work with Xposed ? Or I just have to unninstall Xposed and then install again after installing Magisk ?

Magisk itself works perfectly with Xposed installed, only Magisk Hide that doesn't hide Xposed.
So if you don't plan on using any app that checks Safety Net (Pokemon Go, Android Pay, for example) You won't have any problem.

and what about the built in CM13 root ?
I think the newest Magisk auto removes it when you flash it.
But I had manually removed before installing magisk on mine.
But in any case, if I remember correctly you can just remove it thru the SuperSU app before flashing Magisk.

Hi all,
We have always seen the issues in passing the SafetyNet in the AOSP ROM of Santhosh M. Today, I read the guide and heard about the new magisk v13 beta is available and allows the users to pass the SafetyNet. I couldn't stop myself trying it on my phone.
I am using Nexus 5 AOSP ROM by Santhosh M and tried it on my device the latest zip file and installed it on my device.
Make sure if you are having Magisk v 5.0.2
Downloads:
Download Magisk V13 Beta
Magisk Manager 5.0.2 Apk
Installation Instructions:
Download Magisk v13 and Magisk manager on your device
Reboot your phone into recovery
Install the zip file on your device
Reboot your phone and check the magisk manager application
You will see safetyNet is getting passed.
Troubleshooting
If you have activated magisk core features then please turn it off and try again.
If you have installedmagisk after SUPERSU then please flash this zip file on your device before flashing magisk to completely remove SuperSU files.
Verdict
If you still have any issues please feel free to shoot your query
I'm guessing this only works on 7.1.2?
Tried it on stock 6.0.1..failed of course
Strangely I can pass SafetyNet now though

I tried to use "core-only" feature, but then both tests failed.
Then I installed the magisk module "safetynet fix" and now it works !
BTW, it was only for the challenge, I don't need safety check pass, because I don't play Pokemon GO, and I don't have Android Pay in France for now.

Hi, i was wondering which one is superior and if so why?
I see people installng both , isn't one of them enough? Or am i missing something here.
I currently have atmos installed on nitrogen oreo 8.1 on shamu.
Thanks
I use both on my OP3T and they work quite well together.
Edit: and since the latest update to the Unity V4A Magisk module, also on my Nexus 6.

Here
https://forum.xda-developers.com/android/software/app-dolby-atmos-axon-7-oreo-port-t3740508
This is where i got it, hope it helps.
The Problem:
The App detects the device is rooted and thus redirects to a browser with a message saying it can not be run on a rooted device etc.
What I've got so far:
-Magisk hide does nothing
-https://forum.xda-developers.com/apps/magisk/santander-app-custom-rom-root-device-t3794753/post77321403 A could be hint to a solution
It works once the Magisk app is deleted
My Question:
How could I have Magisk installed and still have the push TAN app work?
APP:https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.starfinanz.mobile.android.pushtan&hl=de
Have you renamed magisk apk? There's an option in settings.
Sent from my M2002J9G using Tapatalk
renaming does nothing, here in germany its easy to use push tan apps,in my case and i am by the Sparkasse Leverkusen just go to your Sparkasse and say ur phone is not rooted, just old, after some minutes you can use spush tan app with every root method or magisk!!!!Cheers!!!

Today New version magisk manager update
pushTAN App by Sparkasse is not working with LOS 18.1 @OP6 with latest Magisk 23. Any solutions?
Hi guys
After a while of test try test try So on. I find a solution that work for the one of my devices that I use for. Its a huawei p10 lite. So first it had openkirin lineagos 16 build 6 but this Firmware have to many little Bugs like Bluetooth no connection with Mi Band Smartwatch but with soundbar no problem, then camera Bug...often it doesn't safe the createt pics and vids. Thats very argh when snapshots not safe and not Anke to reproduce, and some other. Some time goes by and now I have lineagos 18.1 for p8 lite 2017 codename prague. The p10 lite warsaw WAS-LX1A working well with it. I just had to downgrade the Stock ROM from 8.0.0C432B398 to B378 for headshot the build number error. The settings in magisk should be clear for every one...i think
So first I reboot TWRP and clear Cache and Dalvik. Reboot to System and adjust magisk (hide and repack) the repack needs a little while so just keep cool and wait. Then install the pushtan App Version 1.50. ask Google for apk. Or pm me and I send you This is the last that working for me. My different magisk version I use was 19.3 phh, 20,4 phh and one for Android 11. that is moddet for huawei p10 lite. Take a look in xda forum and you will find it. If the normal magisk for A11 running on your device then use it. On huawei we need the mod one.
So now the apk was installed you first open magisk and choose pushtan in hide Option. Then reboot to TWRP and delete Cache and Dalvik again. After that you can reboot to System...fingerscross could not be wrong in this moment hihi...now the great moment is coming. Start the app and your Facial expression would show if it work or not for me it does.
Hmmm Warum schreibe ik eigentlich english bei ner Sparkassen App xD
So good luck for you

Use Magisk Canary, use Hide Magisk for "S-pushTAN", Repack Magisk with another name like "Manager" f.e. , get the App "Airfrozen" and freeze Magisk Manager with it.
After this steps you can use "S-pushTAN" without any problems.
If its still not working after that, make sure everything named "Magisk" like ZIPs or Folders are deleted.
