Hello I wonder why my device is no longer receiving monthly security updates? The last update I received is from January 2020, and I know there are a few more updates out there but, I havent received any of them.
I am still on Jan 2020. Are we getting quarterly updates now?? Anyone??

My unlocked N920C in the UK is still showing 2015-11-01. What happened to the supposed monthly security updates Samsung promised? Has anyone received a later patch?
Samsung doesn't get the January patches out to almost ANY of their note 5 models.

It has a good year for Samsung since the launch of S8 and I owned that device for a good three months with consistent monthly updates regarding security and but fixes. Although we have received a major update for Note 8 that contains August patch but we are one week before October and there seems to be a delay for September update. Or are they going for Oreo with October updates as a "double O" package?
I haven't seen boo about the Note 8 getting Oreo other than it's in the works. I don't think we'll see it until after the new Pixel launches, and probably well after.
Since my first update was labeled "T-Mobile," it's likely the carriers are holding up the updates, as usual. Hopefully, Project Treble will be fully baked into Oreo so security updates won't be an issue anymore.
I got a security update 2 days ago on my TMO version, and a TMO update firmware a few days before that.
I am from Brazil and haven't received any updates today. Neither december update nor pie. Have any of you received?
i was getting monthly updates until the recent ban!!! i've gotten basically a update per month till march upates in april, but since the ban i'm stuck on the march update. using a chinese variant phone in nyc...anyone knows if possible.???
I like many received the 9.1 update back in July with July security updates. Since then I have received 2 more updates in August, 1 for 3gb and one today for 200mb. Both telling me update for July security updates. Am I missing anything because I would have thought the August one would have come out by now and was wondering why I have had 2 updates telling me it for July. Does anyone know why I keep getting these July updates?
I am still with the july security update too. Very strange.
