Hi guys,
Thanks for accepting me.
I have a Mi 9 and I was checking around to buy a smartwatch. I was considering the TicWatch 4G/LTE but I'm not sure I'll be able to use an eSIM, as Mi 9 doesn't support this technology? I'm in UK and my provider is EE. Anyone can advise?
Thanks for for helping.

Hello,
I dont have this phone but, I have the Mix 4 and the Mi 11 Ultra is the only other phone from their camp I know is similar. I use Mint mobile here in the states and I have little to no service. Is anyone here using the Chinese version of this phone (Mi 11 Ultra) on Mint mobile or even T-Mobile?
yes, I have mint mobile sim when i was in states.
I've enbaled vowifi so I can still call using wifi when i'm back to my country (NZ).
Everything works with mi11ultra (chinese version from aliexpress with MIUI EU rom)
Most of the bands work with Mint. I use Mint on my TMo Note 10+ 5g. The speeds are about half of what they were when I was using TMo compared to now with Mint. I really just think it's TMo crippling the Mint users on their network.
You can check compatibility here.

Has anyone gotten the Global version for use here in US? Curious about carriers and bands. TMo, AT&T, Verizon. Will it work without issue?
Wow. Nobody?

Thanks for the response. After some research I have found that on 4g the phone works fine w at TMo and AT&T but none of the carriers have 5G compatible w global version. Here in US the 5g used is n260 & n261 which (conveniently) isn't used anywhere but in the US.
Oh yeah sadly most 5G asian phones doesn't support millimeter wave 5g
I just got a new Xiaomi 11t, I put my SIM (MVNO/AT&T) in, and 5G data works perfectly.
I can't make or receive phone calls, but the internet (5G) works.
Support tells me I need a New VOLTE Sim card to get voice working. If that works, then I can say Xiaomi 11t/pro does work here in the US.
Quick help please
Im trying to buy it here in UK MI 11 Ultra Chinese's Version
What is the difference is it worth it
Can i install global firmware on it
Will i get 5G on it im using UK network
Thank you
https://www.wondamobile.com/mobile/xiaomi-smartphones.html. You pay no import tax with wonda.
You will need to unlock the bootloader to change ROMs to other. That takes 7 days. If you want global, why don't you search more local? Then you won't need to unlock the bootloader?
Yes, 5g works but depending on your network and availability. Check your supplier in your area and check the band's available on the phone for fullness before buying.
I'm in the UK, can't get 5g, none around me but 4g is dam fast. I am using the Xiaomi EU ROM, it's a custom ROM based on the Chinese but fully Google and safteynet supported. Pop over to the Xiaomi EU forums for more info.
I am considering this device, but I am new to Xiaomi devices, As I understand TMobile made mandatory Voice over LTE (VoLte).
Will this device be compatible? If yes does anyone have the instructions on how to activate the modem to work on that signal?
Yes it does support VoLTE, you can turn it on and off by settings. HD and even EVS(HD+) codecs but it lacks Band 66.
Hi, Thank you for replying to my inquiry. I wonder if anyone can share a video or screenshot of this on the Remi Note. I am trying to prove a point but unfortunately don't own any Xiaomi phones yet.
Once again Thank you
I seem to have lost my WiFi after updating to 13.05 for my 11 ultra India version and device is out of warranty

Xiaomi India extends warranty to two years on some of its older models
The warranty seems to just cover selfie camera and motherboard issues, though. Don’t get overly excited about this since it is a very specific extension,...
