Be sure you are running the last version of TWRP available for your device
Do a Nandroid Backup
Download and flash new TWRP 3.2.1 from TWRP Official Website
Download the last O build from mega
Put the zip on the sdcard/internal storage and flash it
Boot it

Instructions:
1. Perform a backup of your data
2. Your bootloader must be unlocked: Link
3. Both slots "_a" and "_b" must be flashed with stock fw, otherwise you will brick your device!: Link
4. Factory reset the device via recovery (This will wipe all your data!)
5. Flash the latest build via recovery of your choice or
flash the images via script in zip (win/linux), or manually via "fastboot flash *image* *image*.img"
6. Reboot into recovery and install GApps/addons (optional)

Nearly a month and nobody saying anything about this ROM. Is there another place for discussion around it?

Thank you for this! I would've flashed this ROM but I haven't found any reason to. ZenUI 6 has been great for me so far. Maybe I will flash it in the near future (If Asus screws up with Android 10 updates).

Since I don't have this phone and I can't test for myself, I suggest to flash it having Oding and TWRP at hand, just in case. It has been tested for other users tho, and it worked fine.
