Is anyone use CN rom or WW rom(tencent) without root please share. Are your phone pass safetynet? also bootloader unlock or lock?
Now, I've tencent model with latest A10 WW rom(2004.60).
My fingerprint already WW but my phone description show as CN (use to be WW when I'm on A9). The phone is unroot but safetynet is failed (only CTS profile) not sure what the problem is but I kept my bootloader open (google already detect that?)
If I flash root image and install Magisk manager my phone will pass safetynet. The problem is I don't want to keep root.
Yes it is. You have install this module

If you unlock the bootloader but do not use Magisk to pass Safetynet, most likely your kernel is exposing the fact that your bootloader is unlocked, thus tripping Safetynet. Stock kernel usually does this check.
Only suggestion would be to try flashing custom kernel by @Freak07 to see if that will work. Though I am not sure if he has patched his kernel to bypass the bootloader status check.

Hi,
For several days I have been trying to install "Magisk" without success. I have seen plot of tuto but does not one seem to function.
So, is it possible or not please ?
thx !
Nevermind
I want to hide root access for apps. How make ?
Install latest firmware.
https://www.androidfilehost.com/?fid=673368273298969887
Last update of what application ?
Download and install latest firmware as shown in the link.
Then install Magisk.
Ok, but what is it ?
What is what?
the firmware !
Open Google search, type firmware and press enter.
And I should uninstall SuperSU before ?
No
I installed the update, and Magisk did not install.
Now, there is written down "Unlocked" during the boot. And I no longer have the fingerprint to unlock.
Even by doing a complete restore (boot, recovery, data, system) it does not disappear.
How to remove this update.
Did you install firmware 7.7.6 ?
That one did workout fine for me.
No problem at all.
You can always reinstall you're backup.
Yes,
As I said, I installed my backup, but the problem is still there.
My miui verson is 8.1.2.0
How to remove this firmware and back to last before ?
What firmware version did you install?
You could try another version of the FIRMWARE.
last thing to do is an factory reset. Be sure you make a backup first.
Well, it is working for me.
I have an unlocked bootloader as well with TWRP 3.1.0.1. I first installed a xiaomi.eu ROM (multi) with TWRP, then logged in. Then through TWRP installed Magisk 13.3. Logged in on the phone, installed the latest MagiskManager. Download the latest version of Universal SafetyNet Fix (V2, beta 5 test 7). Flash that through TWRP. Start the MagiskManager and choose which programs to hide (Google play services etc). In the settings of MagiskManager, disable Magisk Hide and then test whether it works or not.

It's likely not certified yet. Try using a certified device fingerprint:

You pick the option to edit your device's fingerprint, pick one from the list and see if it works.
There's no Mi 8 fingerprint on there, but for the sake of just passing SafetyNet it doesn't matter witch one you use.
If you have further questions check the documentation, most things are covered there:

If you haven't found it already there's an option to reset the fingerprint when running the props command. But your device will fail CTS again. If you could get me a Mi 8 stable fingerprint I could add it to the module. Instructions here:

Hi, yesterday i just rooted phone and installed magisk for the first time. I installed my bank app to payment and i couldnt use nfc. SafetyNet didnt pass test correctly. I installed fix "Universal SafetyNet fix" and it didnt work, i used "MagiskHidePropsConfig" and changed device fingerprint and still nothing. Finally i found some youtube video and installed "Magisk Canary" and something finally changed. BasicIntegrity passed test, evaltype was "hardware" (i fixed it by downloading some fix called hardwareoff_1.1), but ctsProfile is still failing and now im stuck. Dont know what to do.
I downloaded ROM from here : https://c.mi.com/oc/miuidownload/detail?guide=2
and its "Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 Pro Latest Europe Stable Version Fastboot File Download"
I think MagiskHide works fine, because when i added my bank app its shows that i can log in with my biometric, same Netflix works fine, but still cant add my payment card in "NFC"

I have root my Samsung Note 8 as yesterday and was headache with fix SafetyNet. But after all, I have success. I dont know exactly what made it success but you can try.
You have install MagiskProps and Universal SafetyNet fix, that good.
Let disable Universal SafetyNet fix and reboot.
Then use MagiskProps change to another license (I use samsung s9 plus - android9) > reboot and check.
If still fail, use MagiskProps change to default (remove all settings) > reboot and check.
If still fail, now enable Universal SafetyNet fix and reboot.
Result: SafetyNet suddenly pass.
That all I do. Good luck!
I recently changed my default rom to do some tests with the miui beta china, but I ended up coming across this message in some apps that I tried to install:

Probably because the bootloader is unlocked and the play store not certified.
If your device is a Chinese version you cannot lock the bootloader (brick) with a Global, EEA, etc. version.
Root +magisk hide necessary.
For other versions locking possible with Miflash.
Or
Install these Roms (based on china ,stable or Weekly) you will have the play store certified without root and without locking the bootloader.

I've already done some procedure to hide magisk, like installing safetyNet Fiz, Shamiko and Airfrozen
I saw some things as soon as there are some modules that solve this problem, like the play store visa or vending visa, but if there is another module that can help me?

Did you try Magisk Beta which can be activated from the classic apps.
I updated my smartphone to MIUI Global just to have access to NFC technology, the android detects the feature but when registering the card the google wallet returns a message that the phone does not meet the security requirements.

Is the bootloader unlocked?
Smartphone came with the original china rom with the bootloader unlocked, I already updated to MIUI INDIA, but as we know it does not support NFC, as soon as the global MIUI came out I opted for the update in the hope of NFC working, it appears however when registering the card it returns that error.
Note: Smartphone does not have ROOT access.
The bootloader is unlocked, that's why.
Is it just blocking the bootloader then ?
But if I block the bootloader, will I have to stay in the device's original ROM, which is China?
Indeed, you cannot lock the bootloader on a rom other than CN.
The solution,rooter+Magisk+zygisk+safetynet module.
Is Bootloader the same thing as Root?
Technically not, but for your problem, the phone is considered not to have all the required security.
Root+Magisk+zygisk+safetynet module are undetectable, moreover all rom users other than CN, use this method to have a certified device.
I have the eea. If i unlock the bootloader and install the global i wont have nfc?

If you have a Global version phone (model 22101316G) you can install any stock rom (except CN) and lock the bootloader.
EDIT:
All models( 22101316G, 22101316I, 22101316C) of this phone support NFC, but with an unlocked bootloader, the addition of payment cards is refused for security reasons.
