Activation Wizard - Off-topic

Hi, just bought this phone(don't know the maker/model) from someone. I try to activate it but for some reason can't get pass this Account thing. I've tried putting my google account but nothing. Any opinions?

Ok another error im facing. I looked on YouTube I signed out signed back in i cleared data. Does anyone know how to fix this?

With the latest update CPH2411_11_A.05 it has been fixed. I was able to create the work profile with Outlook without problem
