I hav not rooted my device and i am thinking of a way to install the chinese rom but i have no idea about how does the installation work.
Help me from the starting to finishing .

The problem I an having is that on CM4.2.7, I tried to install a theme thru the cmupdater, and now I am stuck on the g1 screen. I can go install all the options,the screen with the 3 colors, and the update.executive one, but when I try to update to any rom it tells me update fail. Can someone please help me :-(..
can u please give more details ,, what theme were u updating to, what roms ur trying to flash, did u try flashing cyan4.2.8.1, did u try to flash the original donut rom then flash cyanogen over it

DO a full wipe try tp flash again. .
I installed Enoch 1.4.7 I tried to install donut but it gave me the same error..

first of all, im an android noob! so please dont flame me!
ok here my story:
i followed a guide to install google stock rom on my NO, to be able to install 2.2.1
ok.. i found a guide but dont see thad this guide is for AMOLED...
- i "one clicked" rooted my phone
- installed the rom manager, installed ClockworkMod Recovery
- downloaded the FRF91 Stock
after reboot my phone stay in black screen after the bootloader.
notice thad my Device isnt unlocked!
now i cant flash the right custom recovery cause i get this error:
remote: signature verify fail
ok... but how i can fix this now?

i accidently installed one of the rom custom roms available

now my phone is not booting up, it is stuck on samsung ace model number and doesn't proceed from that screen.. i have access to adb and phone boots to recovery too .. but i dont know what to do right now .. please help

You have cwm recovery right? If yes, do a factory reset/wipe data, wipe cache and wipe dalvik cache. After that try to boot your phone. If it boots, it's okay. If not, download a stock rom from sammobile.com (for GT-S5830D) and install it with odin. My device is GT-S5830, so I don't know which vesrion of odin works with your phone, and I'm not sure, that the custom roms are good for that model. So be aware in the future!

finally i got it up to boot again .. i have rooted it and want to install a custom recovery on it ..
but everytime i try to install the custom recovery it gives me an error saying "installation aborted STATUS 7"

Installation aborted and? Where is it failing? Anyway,flash with Odin,it will completely wipe the phone and gets tthe original recovery back on your phone

Maybe the file, that you downloaded is corrupted... Weird, but I get the same error few days ago, when I tried to flash S'Perience rom... But I made som e changes in the zip file, I guess I screwed up something.
But i want to install a custom rom!! How to do it

Hello there , my SGS i9000 remains at boot animation of GamerzROM after installing CF3D driver and rebooting the device , any solutions ? Please ?
I've followed this tutorial http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1121575 , but from the step where the device is rebooting after the driver installation , it remains at GamerzROM boot animation ( white screen with a text in the middle ) and the only solution to close it is to remove the battery from the device . Please , any solutions ? I've been thinking about reflash my ROM , but i want to know if i have another alternatives .

Not many options dude. You looking at a wipe then reflash and if that fails flash stock firmware using odin

Ok , i will try to reflash . I'll be back with some news soon .
EDIT : I've just reflashed ROM and gapps with no wipe . It works now , problem solved .

As written below ,I can't flash anything (stock or anything else ...)neither with TWRP nor with flashtool .
Each time the same message :
"null
Error flashing. Aborted"
No reason ...
If someone knew what could be wrong .

I think a part of the problem was because of the last TWRP 3.1.1-0 .
With the 2.8.7.0 ,I could at last flash Carbon ...
