About Project:
Cardinal-AOSP is a Custom ROM which was initially based on AOSPB, then we changed our mind and rebased it to AOSP-RRO, to get better compatibility with most of the devices, Cardinal is being built with Uber toolchain, with most of uber optimizations, with full Substratum Support and with minimal customization, the main aim of this ROM is to bring stock AOSP experience as possible while maintaining performance, smoothness and good battery backup. I hope that you'll all love this project, and help us, shape it even more better.

Temporarily do this:
Change the value of 'dalvik.vm.heapsize' from 768m to 512m in your build.prop and reboot!
If there is slagness reboot twice or thrice it wll fix.

Ok.... Thank you for the rom

Guys i want to report an issue with the rom.
Today after using 2days, the apps started crashing on after another. Reboot seemed to have solved the issue.
Also nice to haves.
1. Proximity speakerphone
2. Increasing ringer
Battery time is super sweet on this rom. See attached.

Omnijaws keep crashing in latest build. Any ideas @Sayan_tan ?

Okay issues in 29th build.
1. Omni jaws are not working.
2. Apps keep crashing randomly
3. Battery drain faster than previous build.
4. Performance seems slower now.

31st May Build is up, I suggest you to update. And the build you're using currently has no such issues, many users tested & reported me. Do a Clean flash if problem remains.

May be they didnt test hard enough
I am using this rom for daily use. Latest build from 31st seems stable. Email keeps crashing though.
performance is still an issue. degraded somehow. Early builds were super responsive.
Also, can you fix bluetooth calls ?
and add proximity speakerfone... please please please

Bluetooth Calls will be fixed in next build. Email app is not crashing, I'm myself using it on a regular basis. And yeah, the proximity earphone thing, I'll look into it. #KeepTheBootleg

- Boot to recovery (TWRP recommended).
- Flash the ROM.
- Format Data
- Reboot your device.
The ROM has GApps persistence in between dirty flashes, so you only have to flash them once!
The root solution should be flashed together with every update (= ROM Update)

He won't add anx
U can always try different gcams and settle with whichever is suitable for you
To install anx, download anx camera from their official website and install using Magisk manager.

I am currently using Corvus Os. As you may know development of Corvus Os is closed so i want to switch to this rom. I just want to know the customisations i will get in this rom are some what similar to Corvus Os.

Screen off torch gesture is not found on the august build . sir,, is this V gesture like oxygenOS /colorOS type?

i think very few custom roms are going to get future updates. i just moved from corvus os to pixelplus ui and development of pixelplus ui is dropped. ?

Appreciate your work. I have only one problem tho, cannot mount data partition. I did follow the steps to the letter.

Jiocall app problem:
Jiocall app has stopped working in the newer ROM's . Even after clearing data and deleting the .jiocall folder "Please use your phone dialer as this is a VoLte phone" message does not disapper and i am unable to use calling or messaging service.
