Un Responsable REALME SVP!!!! - Realme X2 Pro Questions & Answers

We would like to have answers to our questions .. why on some REALME X2 Pro "IDENTICAL" phones Some have "Parameters" than others not! While Promised In The Characteristics when buying the phone (Amazon)! For example:
1. Wifi Calls
2. Double WiFi also called "4X4 Mimo"
3. The 90Hertz But Not Just for Some Application, BUT ALL (IF I WISH)
4. "Game Space" Vibration 4D unusable because no compatibility with Games (At OnePlus it works, But Not at Realme however With The same Games). My question is very simple realme when go out a real software without all these problems, but especially without all these difference in the parameters? Because me if I buy This Phone was precisely for All that is I realize that you sold me a dream But that was a Lies !!! there is really something to make this angry, why so much disparity !!!

Where to now?

Hello peeps,
I'm due for an upgrade on 3rd Oct and I usually get a better phone if ask for number portability forms from the retention dept.
I am about to start this process but need some help in choosing the phone.
My fav dev's seem to be moving to the touch pro 2 and I wonder if I should follow.
HW keyboard is not essential.
Your thoughts please.
Kind Regards
You listen to music from your phone with headphones a lot? -> Go for the X1. Otherwise, choose the Touch Pro 2.
why not wait for htc leo. it should be out soon. maybe somewhere by the end of octobre.

Any DevGods working on Windows Phone 7 Series??

I want it badly on my X1!!!!!!!
it is not even release yet. READ BE4 ask.
Chances are it'll make your X1 really slow
Your X1 will explode if you attempt to put WP7 in it.
WP7 is not written for the X1 hardware.
X1 is slow with the WM6.5 and you want WM7???
If we are not sure tha HD2 gets WM7 update, imagine about the X1.... No chance, at all!!
Well, in the first place, if these are the minimum required specs, even X2 (not to say X1) can't run Windows 7.
- Large WVGA screen with a single aspect ratio (which means BlackBerry-style devices won't be readily available to begin with)
- Five specific hardware buttons required: Start, back, search (a dedicated Bing button), camera button, and power -- no more, no less
- Capacitive multitouch
- CPU and GPU requirements (beginning with Qualcomm's Snapdragon as the go-to processor)
- WiFi
- AGPS
- Accelerometer
- FM radio
- High resolution camera
I have also been hearing that there isn't a MSM7200 BSP for WM7, only QSD, so it's likely that we won't be able to get anything working at all.

In the past 3 months I've seen 8 different versions of the WM7 system requirements. Is that the real, honest-to-goodness, final one?

all these versions include some hw-specs the x1 simply doesn't have. (acc-meter for example)
but doesn't matter. all the drivers are closed-source (wifi, keyb, graphics, screen etc etc), they're directly available only to OEMs. ever noticed the problems on android-development? so unless SE delivers a firmware-version built for WP7, it will always just be reverse-engineering resulting in bad performance. (wait a sec, SE updating the x1? i think there was an official statement concerning that? )
to the thread-starter:
there's a german saying, "there are no dumb questions, only dumb answers." well sorry, but in your case the question is very dumb. WP7 hasn't been delievered to the manufactures yet, it's a work in progress inside MS. think again?!
edit:
just remembered the update-schedule for the x2, where it's clearly stated at the the end:
"(ps. Before anyone asks, no it won’t ever go onto Windows Mobile 7, it won’t support the hardware.)"
so, if the x2 can't run it, neither can the x1.
There's also the Windows Phone Starter Edition..?
Maybe that's 'lite' enough for X1's hardware.
After reading about it, I don't even want WP7 OS. I want the hardware, so my phone is like a rocket, but I don't get the excitement over "hubs." Guess it's because I'm not into games and Facebook.

isn't that windows phone 6 starter edition? also from what's been said about it, it will be a downgraded version, not capable of hdspa and without office, for example.
and even IF there is a starter edition of winpho 7 - the driver problem persists.

new here at XDA and newbie with X1i Xperia

hello
i orderd this incredable S.phone from some store that's selling 2nd hand
cellphones.
the only smartphones that i had was Nokia's N80\N95-8GB\N73\N82
but those are symbians, now im facing with new kind of phone with WinMobile
i need to recive in 2-3 weeks
im somewhat consorned by those "Cracks" and "Black screen" while sliding the
phone.
all i know that im getting the black version of the phone the owner cannot tell
me what version of the phone he holds
are there any marks that i need to search to know what version of the phone
it is? (by mean version i meant model's X1i\X1c\X1a)
im using gsm network only i have no need in 3G.
the point is :
what are the differences between the model's X1i\X1c\X1a ?
sry for my bad english
also if u can be kind to tell me
* how long the battery hold a charge ?
* the build quality of the phone ?
* can i put hebrew language ?
* can i upgrade to WinMob 6.5 ?
* is it a good phone ?
thank u very much guys
with best regards
Israel ben david
x1i is x1 international which support 30fps cam capture and the 900/1800/1900/2100 frequencies the international world use
x1a is x1 American which because of a lawsuit with broadcom only support 15fps cam capture and the American frequencies which are 850/1900/2100
like i said
is there any way to know which model i have?
You won't be able to tell by looking at it. It's all the same physically. You'll be able to tell by checking out the phone information under the phone settings (I can't remember and can't check because my phone has succumbed to its second flex ribbon failure). From your description of the phone, it's going to be a X1i/X1c just because they don't make the X1a in black. (Unless the seller disassembled the phone and put on a black housing on the X1a, which I doubt) Now what are differences between X1i & X1c? I didn't even know they had an X1c!!! I think they are the same phone and nothing to worry about.
also i have messed with roms that will change it from x1i to x1a and yada yada.
the biggest thing you will find is your getting alot of power now. this phone does everything.
the X1c is for China :\
that's the one that i'v bought the very one
cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=250635158353&ssPageName=ADME:X:RTQ:GB:1123
but! the seller said that it's an Vodafone's Xperia and its unlocked and had
"3" network.
that means that the phone is X1i .
look i dont know much about "Roms" (the Drink is enough though ) i want to
get rid the most of the bugs in this phone.
i'v heard that can be a problem with Multitasking when making calls and do other stuff as some 1 said the phone freezes :\
how does it compare to other phone in his class like the HTC TOUCH PRO and the HTC HD\HD2?
and another Quastion to u guys:
if i'll update the phones firmware will it change the language? as i know the phones has 2 OS :
I. SE OS
II. WM OS
im a bit confused...
ok first off you must understand,
problems posted are not always sterotypical.
i have 2 xperias, and i have hacked the hell out of them. ran numerous roms, numerous programs.
never had a problem with either of them.
i have also had a touch pro, and in my opinion its far better than the touch pro.
if you read the threads about 5 people having issues with this or that, what your not reading is the thousand people who arent having those problems.
im not sure what you mean by 2 operating systems.
it only runs one.
windows mobile
and there is a program built by sony called xperia panels.
its not an OS its a GUI.
the rom i run removed that completely as i do not use it therefore wanted the space.
every question you ask will always have 2 responses one negative and one positive.
the only true way to answer your questions is to answer them yourself with phone in hand.
i dont mean to be harsh, but it seems to me you purchased something without really knowing what you purchased.
and are looking for some comfort by asking and reading on the forums.
touch pro has issues with the slide out keyboard.
that doesnt mean every single touch pro will have it.
xperia people say their having issues with case cracks.
but how are these people using their phones?
everything is based on how the user uses the phone.
the very same thing can be asked about different laptops.
some people will say acer is junk, some will say its the best thing out.
all i can tell you is if you get a phone is good condition, and you get it to work on your cell provider... the rest is up to you on how your expeirence will be.
once u spend some of ur time here reading, u'll know what we're talkin bout and at 100% chance of flasing custom rom which is making the xperia even more better! The Sticky thread is usually that u need to read first.
I own Xperia X1i for about half-year and i am generally happy with it... there are some issues in design, making the phone less sturdy than for example iPhone, but i guess every QWERTY-keyboard device is more fragile than those without it... use it carefully, as any enough hard fall on ground can be fatal (happened to me, but they accepted it as warranty repair )
Xperia's main storage capacity is very limited (about 200 MBs), but stock MicroSD card has 4 GB of capacity which can be sufficient to many users. If it's not your case, you can expand it up to SanDisk's recently released 32 GB MicroSDs.
In-built speaker has poor play quality (if i compare to old good K750i it sucks hard imo) but stock headphones play nicely and their insulating tube gives them large longevity (at least in my opinion )
Qualcomm CPU provides this phone great performance for running many applications at same time, i usually play music, two IM clients and sometimes do something else (for example playing Warcraft II) so i think you don't have to worry about getting your apps slow (unless they are written very ****ty or you plan to run dragon age: origins on it x) )
In-built Xperia panels provide very nice media player (faaaar better than WMP Mobile imo) - but it lacks equalizer (which sometimes sucks, but i had never found any suitable player).
Battery lifetime never gone under 8hrs in my case, even while using my device intensively, 8hrs should be sufficient, and you can recharge it with any USB cable you find in any USB bus, or in car via "lighter hole" (don't know how to say it in eng hope you know what i mean)
there is crapload of applications for WM devices, many are freeware, making your phone capable to do allmost anything (from web browsing to MySQL administration - whatever gets on your mind...)
o.k guys i'v recived the phone it's really the Xperia X1i it's Vodafone version (also the software is by vodafone branded)

1. that's generally up to you, if you intend on keeping stock rom (default SE firmware) I would advice on it to have latest fixes
2. dunno, search PavelX1 in rom dev stickies, all stock (official) roms listed there
3. read here for starters
4. there's a nodata app from modaco around, search for it
5. maybe radio rom version not good for your region, consider updating (have a look e.g. in gtrab rom library thread rom dev stickies) or search
6. as in 2 or flash custom rom
enjoy

some1 said "Murphy's law" ?
agreed with Draken Korin
you can find roms, change radios tons of stuff
but this is for medium to advanced users. do research before you dive in.
i know that its very anoying but can some one guide me what to do to fix the phone?
im a bit afraid to do that its my firms WinMob based phone and i dont want to brick it...
time for some homework then
check stickies in rom dev, focus on biovolt and phenx for tutorials
then continue with olinex and jackleung
after that you will understand better and be less afraid I hope
ya there isnt much we can tell you.
basically you need to determin how far you want to go.
then learn how to go there.
as Draken Korin said. you need to learn now.
better signal equals better radio
roms increase usablity
but not every radio is right for you
not every rom is right for you.
you need to first become comfortable with what your doing before you do anything.
I dont know whare to start
i know the basic but i dont know how to start...
i'll try to use the phone under WIN XP first to update the phone with SEUS
some ppl said that under vista\7 there are problems to update and they
succeed under XP
hope that it will work...
I agree that it's a lot to take in all at once, but the only way to do it is to dive in. Nice as we all can be, no one is going to hold your hand step by step. If we did, you wouldn't learn anything and you'd never be able to handle things yourself. WinMo is a very self-reliant system, so you'll need to learn how to deal with it if things don't go as planned.
Start by browsing the Tweaks sticky; pick out a few things you'd like to do with simple apps at first. Just installing and learning to work with .cab files will speed your learning process up considerably. The more you do, the more you learn. If you start with simple .cab installs, you won't have to worry about bricking the phone. Just don't install anything that wasn't meant for the X1, just in case
done it!
under XP everyting was smoooooooooooooooooth
now,i'll put hebrew language on it and a lot o' stuffff
thank u all ^^

at the risk of sounding slightly cheeky my friend, you do realise that everything you said there is,..
A) Well documented from day 1 as not being supported
B) The vast majority of users don't ever use such features
C) its all easily found out within a few seconds searching via google
Now leaving that aside, does your sister really need those features or are you imposing your needs on her?
USB storage is handy i agree but not a deal breaker, the device is primarily a phone which it excels at
Bluetooth Transfer is another "feature" that was hardly used by the masses outside if you want to get all picky we can say the same for Android as it doesn't support the full BT stack either, therefore Android is also crap and Windows Mobile is the best ever OS.
No, the OS doesn't suck, it does exactly as it was designed to do, and what it does do, in my opinion, is several times better than iOS or Android.
Yes it could have more features, but firstly its new, secondly MS has decades of usage date available which has told them where they need to focus and what your wanting isn't anywhere near the top of the list.
Remember, WP is a PHONE OS, its designed to be a phone first and puts phone priorities above all else.
Im not ranting, im just pointing out that you should firstly find out what your sister actually wants rather than what you want and secondly, read up on stuff before you buy it.
in answer to all your questions
For that device as it stands, NO, kinda and no
BT transfer is available on SOME custom ROMs, namely HTC 1st and now 2nd gen devices, if fully unlocked any device "should" be able to use BT transfer.
USB storage, http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1069568, check that out, its not my idea of working but its handy
To date, I believe (correct me if im wrong) that the HTC HD2 is the only phone where we have different OSs on the same device (android, WM and WP)
Thankss

general questions for windows phone 8 apps

hello everybody, i would like to ask some questions about windows phone 8
First of all i want to inform that i was an owner of a samsung omnia 7 for almost 2 years, then when i decided to buy a new device all those windows phone 8 costed 400euro and that was a no deal for me, so i moved to an android device, now that almost all high end windows phone 8 devices cost max 250 euros i m thinking to switch back to windows phone.
But i would like some information for some Apps that i think are mandatory for me,i use maxim 10 apps and maybe less just the most important ones
1. Viber, does it makes phone calls and does it works on the background, to recive a phone call or a message when the phone is locked ?
2.Whats App the same, does it recives a message when the phone is locked ?
+ notification for both
3. navigation, i heard that there is nokia drive available for other devices, i would like to buy a SAMSUNG ATIV S, although i m interested in nokia lumia 820 (but its dimensions-weight-resolution are disapointing). So does the navigation system works, does it displays traffic load ? i live in munich.
4. i dont remember good but i guess the integraded facebook messanger works when the phone is locked right ?
please reliable answers, thanks in advance!
1 & 2) It should work fine with push notifications, same as on WP7, but I don't use them so I can't really say.
3) Nokia Drive (now called Here Drive) is available for all WP8 devices in some markets (including the US, I don't know about Munich). In other markets, it may be possible to trick the Store into allowing you to install it anyhow for non-Nokia devices (working on that). The app's routing is supposedly traffic-aware, but it does not display traffic itself, and I've found its time estimates to be a little worse than those of the Mango built-in navigation app. On the other hand, the app itself is better in many ways. The built-in Maps app does still display traffic and can compute directions, it just won't follow them or speak them to you.
4) Correct, so long as the phone is not in Battery Saver mode or unable to get a data connection.

well i cant say that the push notifications were working correctly on wp7 many problems (i had samsung omnia 7) but i have a hope that in wp8 the situation is better!!
thank you very much for your responce, i m really thinking to buy a wp8 device anyway, samsung ativ s, too bad that nokia 820 has ugly dimensions-weight and low resolution, now that the prices have dropped so much and as i said i had wp7 for 2years and i really feel special with this os
I've got the ATIV S myself, it's a nice phone. Check which model you get though; they have slightly different specs (the T899M supports LTE, the other one has a newer Bluetooth spec).
