Flash an older RUU that doesn't use HBOOT 2.00 or above and it will not show RELOCKED anymore.

I'm S-OFF now, still rooted but locked...

I just S-OFF my Vivid which left me still rooted, but now locked. Do I need to unlock again at HTCDev? I want to be able to flash ROMs without having to worry about HBoot.

The original unlock code will still work. You shouldn't have to gi through the HTC Dev process again.

I don't have it. But I just read another post where the guy was in same situation as me and tried the HTCDev unlock routine and it didn't work.
I also read in another thread that if you do the jbear s-off, it will revert to locked, but since the phone is now s-off, it doesn't matter if the bootloader is locked (s-off supercedes locked, maybe?). So since I'm rooted and have a recovery, do I have to worry if I flash a custom ROM?
Edit: I was worrying over nothing. I was able to get a new unlock code from HTCDev, no problem. It worked fine on the custom bootloader. I forget that unlocking wipes everything, but as I was planning to flash the PAC rom, it didn't matter.

[Q] Bootloader Unlock via HTCDev, S-Off not working

Hey guys,
I have a Rogers HTC One. For the past 2 days I have been attempting to S-Off. I've tried over 50 times using revone, but every time it said success, it was still S-On. I have tried using different USB ports, different USB cords, and even different computers, but it still doesn't work. I decided to unlock my bootloader so I could try S-Off using Terminal Emulator, but the bootloader is still locked. I followed all the steps from HTCDev, and had no problems throught the whole process. The phone was wiped, and the apps removed from unlocking bootloader (Calcuator, etc) are gone, but the bootloader remains locked. I've tried again twice using the All In One toolkit, but still no dice. Is there an issue with my phone, or do I just need to keep on trying?
Thanks
use moonshine instead. revone didnt work for me either.

I would, but it requires bootloader unlock, which I can't achieve, and there doesn't seem to be a version for the Rogers HTC One.

Unlocked Boot loader?

Is it true that the S6 is Boot loader unlocked out of the gate? Also I've heard that it even comes with an unlocking tool to unlock it. That would be awesome. It would make putting a stock 5.1 ROM on this very easy....
it is unlocked out of the gate i flashed root in a matter of seconds with no unlock required.

Which way round do I do it again....

So do I unlock bootloader first, then root, then soff then supercid?
It's been nearly 2 years since I rooted a phone.....
And is there anyway to unlock bootloader without a pc?
