Try this first. https://support.lenovo.com/ca/en/downloads/ds101291

Try this tool or flash the complete firmware manually. Get the firmware here:
https://mirrors.lolinet.com/firmwar...ulatory-XT1922-10-CHINA-LONGCHEER_CFC.xml.zip

If fastboot is working, that's not a hard brick.

Regarding to your "getvar all" output, your current fw is PPP29.55-35-18. This is what I linked.

Can I able to unlock oem in this condition

No, you can't.
It seems you have a newer build version installed. But you need the same while bootlader is locked. Just try to flash one of the builds below, these are the latest for your device.
PPPS29.55-35-18-2
PPPS29.55-35-18-7

Flashed successfully but it's gone to boot loop
Finally flashed PPPS29.55-35-18-7 and it's successfully flashed but now just open the boot Moto logo and swichoff again and it's just looping automatic

Try going into recovery and do a factory reset.

pls help,I cant use my phone now. Before I unlock the bootloader I have been flashed the 6.0 stock rom which was donwloaded from the firmware.center, but it is not working. Now I try to flash to 5.0.2 stock rom,but it occurs some messages like "downgrade for boot" "version downgraded for primary gpt" "preflash validation failed"......It upsets me so much. If you can help me out of the annoying question,I will apprecite you very much!!!!
First of all. NEVER downgrade the bootloader.
Flash the latest FW(its the latest for yours, maybe you downloaded the older 6.0 version).
https://firmware.center/firmware/Mo...BS24.65-34-5_cid7_subsidy-DEFAULT_CFC.xml.zip
You cannot downgrade your OS, when your BL state is locked
[HELP]Moto g2014(XT1079) unlock "your device does not qualify for bootloader
Thank you,I have tried all the stock roms, but none have succeeded and I make sure these are the latest ones. I just can only get through the unlock BL and then reflash the 5.0.2 rom.
The latest ones, OK - but are you sure they are the right ones?
Because you're in the wrong forum. Your phone is a Thea (Moto G 2014 comes in two flavors) - I bet you are trying to flash ROMs for Titan.

Moto Z3 Play with wrong SKU number

Good Afternoon community, I have a small question about my Moto Z3 Play beckham Brazilian model XT 1929-5. but checking bootloader and settings found that it is showing the incorrect SKU with the number TX1601, if I am not mistaken this number and the Moto G4 plus, there is a way to repair this, and the phone works perfectly running Android 9 Whoever can help will be grateful.

Do you use Magisk, root or any other kind of "device spoofing"???
Nothing, bootloader locked factory. When I checked the incorrect SKU, the bootloader was the first thing I checked and to my surprise it was blocked.
Can you take a picture of the bootloader screen, usually there's information about the SKU in there...
---------- Post added at 02:33 PM ---------- Previous post was at 02:23 PM ----------
Also, try flashing this ROM, it already contains the May 1st patches:
https://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=79122632&postcount=45
you can get more informations on how to flash here:

Thanks for replying, as requested I will have a photo of the bootloader screen in this mode the sku is incorrect, and also the function barcodes in this, the sku is correct.

HELP !BootLoop after Modem Downgrade HELP!

Hi there XDAs members. I got into big trouble with a Moto E5 XT1921-6 from Verizon Wireless
I unlocked this device a few months ago. But after the Feb 21st 2019 Security patch update, the network was locked again. So I was trying to downgrade (don't laugh please, I give it a shoot) the security patch, I tried to downgrade the Modem, and I made this operations at Fastboot Mode:
Fastboot oem fb_mode_set
Fastboot flash modem NON-HLOS.bin
Fastboot flash gpt gpt.mbn
Fastboot erase modemst1
Fastboot erase modemst2
Fastboot -w
Fastboot fb_mode_clear
But my big mistake is that I installed the modem from a Cricket Firmware accidentally.
And I know that Verizon devices are bootloader locked, so I think this makes worst my situattion.
Before all of this I get the Firmware information of this device:
Code:

I can't find this Firmware to reinstall it again. I downloaded Firmware Upgrade Utility from Verizon for MOtorola Devices, but I cant Reinstall the firmware. It detects the phone but it doesn't gives me the option to reinstall the firmware.
I was wondering if I get another exactly device, if I can extract via Fastboot this partitions, and reinstall them into my device.
Any idea is welcome :victory:

Use the lenovo/motorola smart assistant to get the necessary firmware for your device. Just do a google search for the program then download it and follow the on screen instructions.

Should have everything there that you need to fix your device. Good luck
Thanks too much mikeshutte !
okay, I will try first the Lennovo/Moto assistant, if dosent works I will go manually and install the firmware directly from the link.
Really appreciate your Help!

moto x4 1900-6 won't boot and not flash
Hello friends, the following happened: I had been using the Lineage OS 16 for a few months now, so the phone started to restart itself, lock and the screen was greenish or bluish until no longer left the logo of motorola, in an act of desperation I I blocked the bootloader and since then I only get the message "bootloader permission denied", already downloaded countless roms and always gives the same problem.
Here some information:

You locked the bootloader? Screwed yourself there, that's why you're getting permission denied. You can try flashing stock but I think you are going to need a replacement or try flashing the blank file that's floating around these forums.
after 5 days of breaking my head I was able to restore the phone, but it is running lineage os with bootloader blocked and I can not unlock, fastboot asks to go in options> oem unlock, but in lineage does not have that option.

yes, first enable usb debugging in developer options
connect mobile phone to pc and use following adb command for OEM unlock option to appear
adb root
adb shell setprop ro.oem_unlock_supported 1
then just activate and unlock on bootloader normally.

Is it possible?

I'm very new to this, but I have a Motorola E5 Cruise (Cricket) that's network locked, ...sent my info to several unlocking sites and even tried a few, but so far they haven't been able to help, or tried to help but refunded me.
Other than doing a 6 month contract with Cricket to get them to network unlock, what are my options? I'd like to use this phone, but with straight talk rather than Cricket.
Is firmware for the Play & Cruise compatible? Please advise. Thanks a million!!!

I don't know, but you want to be careful about flash firmware for different model.
I would try to unlock the bootloader first
https://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=80035798&postcount=115
Then
Check the getvar info
run
Code:
fastboot getvar all
Product = codename
securestate = bootloader locked or unlocked
carrier_sku = Model #
ro.carrier = Software Channel
Please post it here after you remove the IMEI line
Then you can compare software channels with the same model number
https://mirrors.lolinet.com/firmware/moto
If you find a retail software channel like RetUS
That is for the same model you might be able to
Either just flash the modem files
Code:
fastboot flash modem NON-HLOS.bin
fastboot erase modemst1
fastboot erase modemst2
fastboot flash fsg fsg.mbn
Or the complete firmware
See
Motorola Flashing Guide
https://forum.xda-developers.com/general/rooting-roms/guide-flashing-motorola-firmware-t4042039
But this just a guess

If the bootloader cannot be unlocked
You might be able to just flash the modem files
But it would likely be less risky if bootloader is unlocked.

Yes, it boots no problem. I tried flashing the retail firmware for the same phone. It realized there was a size difference or something. Got up to step 11 ......11-20 failed
I'd tried to flash the modem files using the posted instructions, flashing was success. Still oem locked

Moto has never listed every model that can be unlocked.
The only way to really know is go through the unlock steps.
