Hello folks,
I've noticed that the length bottom stereo speaker component does cover fully across the area of the bottom of the screen. I could not find any teardown or disassembly articles or videos that show the length of the bottom speaker to see if that is the correct length. Can anyone confirm that the length of the bottom speaker of my unit is normal? If you take a look at the picture attached (phone upside down), only just covers just over half way from right to left.

I don't know why, just one latch doesn't bang into right position. However, i don't see anything what can block it.

///ok, i fixed it, two latches were broken. I just remove them and now it holds ok.
I have noticed a problem with photos on my One. Basically the camera seems unable to focus on the entire image being captured.
To illustrate this issue I have taken 3 shots of the deck in my garden. One the first I tapped the middle of the screen to set focus on the middle, for the other photos I tapped the right and then the left.

Hi, I've seen a few gt-n7000 disassembly videos and to replace the full frontal housing I've to unglue the display but I just want to replace the border, it is possible? anyone know if that part it's detachable? Thanks

nope. that raised white plastic is part of the plastic/metal frame. (tried replacing mine as well)
Microphone 2 works (the one which is alive when using loudspeaker mode) but not the main one.
I was gonna replace it but when searching for parts there are two things that can be replaced, one is the main flexcable/microphone assembly and the other is the small flexcable on top of the motherboard

Is there a way of figuring out what is broken? I can't see any visually broken things.....
Or wait, maybe I'm dumb. The smaller of the two is the nr2 microphone assembly? So I need to replace the big cable assembly?
Looking to see if anyone knows what the function of this part of the motherboard is? It snapped off when I was replacing my battery and so far the only issue I'm having is spotty GPS, but I don't know if it's related. Anyone have a diagram of the motherboard with functions of the various parts. See photo for the part I'm talking about. It's the top right corner as viewed from the back of the phone. Thanks!
