Hi all,
just found, finally, the stock in the Huawei support site:
http://consumer.huawei.com/it/support/search/index.htm?keywords=btv-dl09&t=SupportSearch
Here you find the ROM and a document with an update to do the downgrade from Android 7.0!
At moment I'm not able to make a upload of the ROM but tryed to install after having messed a lot with other ROMs and the update proc worked flawlessy!
Edit: After the installation the (previously unlocked) bootloader was locked, like new

If you have to ask this many questions, you probably shouldn't be rooting / unlocking in the first place...
Did anybody successfully update from BTV-DL09C100B009 to BTV-DL09C100B303? No problem?
Will be OTA still working when new FW will be released over OTA?
App Firmware Finder shows 3 update zip-files for my M3 to download. Do I have to flash with TWRP all 3 zips to unroot and update?

Global ROM
Hey guys, I'm a complete noob when it comes to rooting my phone and stuff. I was wondering if anyone could help me out. I wish to purchase a M3 from China and was wondering how I could go about to install Global ROM so that I may be able to access Google services and set the default language in english. Will the above link help? Kudos to anyone that could give me a step by step guide.

Both you are posting in the wrong place.
This a thread on the stock ROM
is also the subforum on "guides, news, discussions"
finally is the subforum for the Mediapad M3, unlikely for other variants.
First read the Forum rules then read it once more!

You have a phone that came with an unofficial/fake global ROM. OTA won't work.
Your options are to install an official ROM or a known reputable custom ROM.
Official ROMs will have OTA working, custom ROMs will need you to update them manually.

You can flash official Chinese or Indian ROMs. The Indian ROM is more or less a global ROM, but disables the NFC. The Chinese ROM only has Chinese and English languages, but setting English you will still find the occasional Chinese text creep in. Also it has more ads in system apps.
If you need NFC and want to stay on official ROMs, then it's Chinese. If you can live without NFC then the Indian ROM is a better option, it has the POCO launcher that includes an app draw, you'll not get any Chinese text and there's a lot less ads.
This post has the links for official ROMs, the second post in the thread gives a guide for installing.

Hey Folks,
I unlocked bootloader on my K20 pro CN.
I downloaded Indian fastboot 10.3.3.0
Ready to flash, just need to confirm one details.
I know I shouldn't clean and lock. But what do I select of the other two options? Clean all or save user data?
Anything else I should be careful about?
Thanks
Choose clean all since you are switching rom version, and don't forget to backup your personal data before flashing.

Thanks for the fast reply. Guess I'll give up nfc payment to flash the Indian rom . This Chinese rom has too much bloatware to deal with.....
With so many rom floating around , can I know where is the link to the official Indian rom that provide ota ?
And no locking of bootloader once flashed....right ??

Yes, you won't have NFC feature on India Rom. You Cannot lock your bootloader (choose clean all. Always check before clicking the flash button since clean all and lock is miflash default setting).
Here is the India Rom link:

Do it! Absolutely worth it, after dealing with CN rom for few weeks I am absolutely loving Indian Global. Lets hope we will get another global rom with Mi 9t Pro release at 20th where nfc will work as well
The waiting time to unlock bootloader is finally over......now that it's unlock. After flashing twrp, doing that power and volume button ...it keep getting to mi recovery page -_- , what am i doing wrong here.
Problem resolved, first boot after flashing twrp will have to be directly into twrp. Miui UI recovery will overwrite it if you dont do that....and after that, i flashed Disable_Dm-Verity_ForceEncrypt_02.04.2019.
Now everything i do that up Power + volume button , it lead to twrp.
Hello guys.
I want to flash the Mi 9t pro global rom on the Redmi k20 pro
Can someone explain me all the stages of what should I do?
I know I should first open the bootloader and then flash via miflash but I do not know which options to choose on the miflash itself.
And where can I get the latest firmware?
Thank's alot.
Any one?

You can get the European Mi 9T Pro ROM from here https://forum.xda-developers.com/k2...irmware-10-3-8-0-9-6-13-t3939647/post79726515
Scroll down and look for Global EEA title
Select and download the fastboot ROM under that title.
This guide is from the official global MIUI forums https://c.mi.com/thread-1857937-1-0.html
It tells you how to unlock the bootloader and flash an official ROM. You'll want to go the the fastboot flashing section.
This should have all the info you need.

I heard that the global rom updates faster.

Mainly because that post doesn't have the global ROM. Where it says global, it is actually the Indian ROMs. Before the Mi 9T Pro was released many people were, incorrectly, calling the Indian ROM a global ROM and the OP labelled the Indian ROMs as global. He really should change that now to avoid confusion.
If you want the global version there is a thread with links for it somewhere.

Yes that's the official global ROM. Just make sure you download the fastboot ROM. To flash it you need to extract everything first. In Windows you'll probably need to extract it twice, depending on your zip software. After extracting the first time you might have a file without an extension, of this happens rename the file and add .tar to the end of the filename. You will then be able to open and extract this file, giving you the folder that the Mi Flash Tool needs you to point it to.

Try the Mi Flash download link in the very first drivers section. I never had this problem so couldn't say if the link will fix your problem.
Hi All,
Since this thing is available so cheap, I'm considering buying one.
But I do wonder if it is possible to get rid of the crappy 'Global' rom, by flashing an official China rom and install Play store.
The official China rom has OTA-updates and a complete English language option right?

The 'unmodified' was in parentheses, because there is no such thing, the global rom is a modified and unofficial rom from chinese sellers. So if you rom is a multilanguage ZUI (more then chinese and english) then its a modified version. So if you have a global rom you can use that method.
