Just flash it.. Using adb and fastboot cmd.
But now what? Its not booting into any custom recover or any superSu or magisk hasn’t install..
Whats the next step

"Failed to submit application
This phone model does not support in-depth test" writing.
Could it be wrong model app?

Try first with b800, it's small update, if phone boot ok, then istall any kitkat rom (exp b621), then install custc432D001 (europpe region)
and after that install B852
1. I can't transfer to sdcard my dload becouse I'm on fastboot mode.
2. I create dload folder and transfer firmware before this problem.
3. When I want to upgrade my phone do anything. Just showing me first screen of boot.
I have only working fastboot, but I can't wipe partitions, but i have bootloader unlocked lol? I can only flash it.

power off your phone and force update with three (3) bottons, not fastboot
Yes, when I try to boot up to force update my screen shows my first screen of boot.. I can't perform this update. Just stuck on this screen.

if your problem is not fixed untill now, and you can use fastboot mode, you have to extract below files with HuaweiUpdateExtractor, and flash them in this order:
1- fastboot flash boot boot.img
2- fastboot flash cache cache.img
3- fastboot flash cust cust.img
4- fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
5- fastboot flash system system.img
because system.img is a big file, you have to update your adb tool to the latest one

if you can't then you have a serious problem
now the last chance before visiting repair store
flash twrp recovery with fasboot, and after that try to boot in.
if you succeed, than you can flash custom rom

no, i think you have partition problem.
when you flash it's ok, and you can't enter this partition ( recovery )
i think the main problem is there
ultimate try, download this tool and put it in fastboot folder, open it and enter the correct number to boot into recovery

Soft Brick on HTC One (m7)

Hi everyone,
I have an HTC One (m7), carrier H3G Italy, unlocked, tampered, S-ON, wtih TWRP 3.0 installed. I had CyanogenMod installed (version 12.x). Recently my phone stopped working without any reason and when I tried to reboot it simply didin't work.
Following some guides I found in this site, I tried to flash a new recovery (the update of TWRP) and the stock recovery, I also tried to flash a new ROM with adb sideload, but nothing worked.
Please help me .
Thank you a lot

can you please post the output of "fastboot getvar all" (hide your imei and sn)?
What do you mean by "stopped working" and "tried to reboot it simply didn't work"
The phone doesn't boot in the ROM or it doesn't boot at all (i.e not even in bootloader) ?
Please post a link to the rom you are trying to flash and to the twrp version you are using.
Also you don't need to use sideload anymore when using recent twrp version. TWRP now support MTP so you can simply boot in twrp with your phone connected to your computer and you'll see your phone internal storage from your computer (like a usb thumb drive). Simply drag and drop the rom.zip from you computer to your phone then use the "install" menu of twrp to flash it. From my experience, adb sideload isn't always reliable...

Hi alray,
Thank you for your help. With "stopped wroking", I mean that the phone doesn't boot in the ROM, and when I said "reboot", I mean just switch off and on. I can boot in the bootloader and the recovery .
Now I am using TWRP version 3.0.0-0 and I'd like to flash this ROM.

Are you sure your phone wasn't running a newer version than 7.19.771.1? Like maybe 7.19.771.21, 7.19.771.31 or 7.19.771.51? Hard to know since your version-main is blank
Better to edit your version-main to 7.19.771.1 to be 100% sure the RUU will work.
Boot in twrp main menu then open a command window on your computer and type:
Code:
adb shell
echo -ne "7.19.771.1\x00\x00" | dd of=/dev/block/mmcblk0p19 bs=1 seek=160
exit
adb reboot bootloader
Make sure there is no typo in the long command (copy/paste if needed)
When back in bootloader mode check your version-main is now 7.19.771.1
Code:
fastboot getvar all
Then re-lock your bootloader
Code:
fastboot oem lock
and flash the 7.19.771.1 ruu (make sure the RUU zip file is in the same folder where you have fastboot on your computer. You MUST use the fastboot version linked in the OP of the ruu collection thread to flash the RUU https://androidfilehost.com/?fid=95916177934539737. The "regular" fastboot from the android sdk tool won't work.
Code:

I don't really understand why you jumped to step 3 if step 1 didn't worked... Now that the bootloader is relocked you can't boot in twrp anymore to write the correct version-main (might be problematic). What was the problem when changing the version-main? Why not posting it and waiting for help instead of jumping to step #3?
After doing "fastboot oem rebootRUU" did your phone rebooted in ruu mode (a black screen with silver HTC logo on it)?

Hard reset. What to do now?

So frist i did a usual factory reset and it just went recovery and like what happend before didn't do a clean reset, just apps gone and that's it. So i did it manually by checking all "partitions" including "Cache, Data, Internal Storage, System" and all. Now TWRP is all i got on my phone. I didn't know what i'm doing and it was a noob move, i know. But now i managed to copy a custome ROM (Viper One 9.0.0) to my sdcard via adb push command.
Now all i need is to flash it.
TWRP says "This operaion may install incompatible software and render your device unusable"
Is it safe to do so?
I also wanted to go back to Stock ROM and actually downloaded one from HERE. It's the one provided in METHOD 2 .
The only reason i want to flash Viper One again is that i flashed it before without any problem.
If i make sure that it's safe to flash the Stock ROM i'd do it. Please let me know what should i do. Thanks.

TWRP is 3.0.2-2
and btw, seems like i can't flash anything with twrp now. keep saying "zip signature failed"!
And please guide me through on how can i go back to stock rom safely.
Of course i can find tons of articles about it but there are few confusions and since it can end in a brick i can't risk it. For example is THIS ONE legit? for flashing RUU, is the one i mentioned above will do it? I mean THIS ONE
or if there's any better guide here (sure there's, i know!) please link it here. Thanks

Linked guide is for M8 and does not apply to your situation.
reflash the stock recovery, relock the bootloader and flash the 7.19.401.51 RUU
Code:
fastboot flash recovery M7_UL_Stock_Recovery_7.19.401.51.img
fastboot erase cache

reflash the stock recovery, relock the bootloader and flash the 7.19.401.51 RUU
Code:
fastboot flash recovery M7_UL_Stock_Recovery_7.19.401.51.img
fastboot erase cache
fastboot reboot-bootloader
fastboot oem lock
fastboot oem rebootRUU
fastboot flash zip PN07IMG_M7_UL_L50_SENSE60_MR_HTC_Europe_7.19.401.51_Radio_4T.35.3218.16_10.33Q.1718.01L_release_458803_signed.zip
fastboot reboot
You must use this fastboot version at least for the "fastboot flash zip" command.

So it went all good till the "fastboot oem rebootRUU" command. It reboots and then htc logo shows up and nothing after that. I have to reboot it by Power+V- in order to go in bootloader again?
Is something wrong? Or should i run the next command there in bootloader?
P.S: Bootloader is relocked, by the way.
NVM. Just ran the command again and it's working now!
It worked man... AWESOME!!
Alright just one more question. If i ever want to root my device again, it will be ok?
And if you have the time, please link the right thread for it. Your work is much appreciated mate. Thanks a billion!

Yes and allow for OEM Unlock. It's a windows 10 driver issue. I couldn't figure it out.
Luckily I was able to run in on a Linux computer. Fastboot worked fine and was able to unlock the bootloader!

How exactly did you root it? What were the steps if you don't mind sharing. I've only rooted one phone and I followed a step by step tutorial on YouTube.
The easiest way I've found is to download magisk manager and the stock boot img for your device.open magisk manager and click install-download zip only.. then move the zip file and your stock boot img to the root of internal storage. Eg/storage/emulated/0/. Go back to magisk manager and click install/select and patch file. Navigate to where you stored your stock boot img and select it. Magisk will automatically flash and repck img file and will save it in your downloads folder as magisk_patched.img. enable and debugging in Dev options and reboot to bootloader. /Adb reboot bootloader. Once your phone is in fastboot mode type /fastboot devices to be sure your computer can recognize your phone. Should come back as a serial number followed by the word fastboot. Then type
Fastboot flash boot magisk_patched.img
You should get a success prompt. If successful then reboot using
Fastboot reboot
Once your phone loads back up check magisk manager to verify that everything is installed, should be two green checks. Then use a root checker to verify root.....and that's it!
Also, you have to make sure your bootloader is unlocked in order to do this....its very easy for the bold n1 just enable oem unlock in Dev options and the reboot to bootloader and type fastboot flashing unlock. Select yes on the prompt on your phone and then continue your process.

Fix for "The system has been destroyed" Redmi note 8/8T

Fix for "The system has been destroyed" Redmi note 8/8T
This will only work for unlocked bootloader...this guide will help you recover from the System has been destroyed when trying to install custom rom or recovery or maybe some other actions!
Method 1:
1. Install the .exe from here (PC installation).
2. Download Vbmeta and copy to the installed folder.
3. Connect the phone with PC in Fastboot mode.
4. Run "cmd-here.exe" from the installed folder.
5. Run this command fastboot --disable-verity --disable-verification flash vbmeta vbmeta.img
6. Download and Flash recovery using this command fastboot flash recovery recovery.img and Boot to recovery (Vol+ and Power).
7. Flash recovery.zip again in Booted recovery.
If this doesnt work try with the next method
Method 2
If you can enter fastboot screen download stock miui fastboot rom its like 3gb+. and miflash tools and flash remember in miflash tool at the bottom check the
1. clean all: this will still keep bootloader unlocked but wipe everything
2. save user data: will save your data if any and bootloader unlock
3. clean all and lock: wipe everything and will lock bootloader again
NEEDS:
1. A PC and A USB cord for your device
2. MIUI fastboot rom
3. Miflash tools
4. Xiaomi driver and ADB
5. Internet to download files

To be fair you dont even need the flash tool having the fastboot rom. Which is really nice if you are not running Windows. Just extract the fastboot package and run the script you need from the folder ( *.sh for mac and linux, bat for windows).
Worked like a charm and fixed my destryoed system.
Or you can flash vbmeta.img (which is just 4 KB) using fastboot mode. Without downloading the entire MIUI fastboot rom (1GB+)

honestly flashing full fastboot rom isn't required...
Download latest adb and fastboot package
now copy the vbmeta.img file from the fastboot rom into the platform tools folder...open command prompt in this path...connect your device in fastboot mode and flash vbmeta using following command:
Code:
fastboot --disable-verity --disable-verification flash vbmeta vbmeta.img
after that flash recovery.img.
thanks @the_weird_aquarian, will try it next time if i face this again!
have a good day
Worked

I found your video and the links are to malware and there are 100 nearly identical videos with the same people thanking different presenters. That is very suspicious sir.
I havew a redmi note 8 global
System has been destroyed after trying to update magisk on Lineage OS
I am unable to boot into "FASTBOOT"
Is there a solution "fix" for that?
I had this happen once before and was able to boot into "fastboot" and fix the problem but this time the only thing I get is "System Has Been Destroyed"
