As xiaomi has not yet release its kernel source I tried to search at Codeaurora.org in which qualcomm releases its kernel source.I think xiaomi uses a modified version of snapdragon 800
Why there is no roms of Android Nougat for the g800h variant? All the other variants have a lot of custom roms like the Lineage and AospExtended.
Because thats our luck...
Unfortunately the variant g800h has another device tree, which currently does not have a development because there are no developers, since we only have devices with the variant exynos and it is easier to test and test the roms

Will there be custom ROM's in the future for this device? There is a way to root this device now but there aren't any ROM's available. Can we hope for ROM's in the future?
there are already two kernels out for the 5G but development in general on Samsung snapdragon devices is slowed down.
the models they get in the US and Canada can't be bootloader unlocked so that's a whole continent of developers lost. there are a few developers who own the 5G but who don't plan on doing anything with their phones until after they're EOL for updates.
in the meantime there are GSI roms we can flash. they don't work fully with all features yet on snap Samsungs, people have their fingers crossed that changes with A12 builds and OneUI 4 vendor.
I have an S20 FE 5G (SM-G781B/DS), and I have an Archer T4U Plus
Recently, i've been trying to install the drivers for this device on my phone and I failed miserably, I managed to install the driver on my pc in a debian distribution and it worked fine

I am by no means an expert at kernels or anything I have no idea what to do, but I'll do whatever it takes to get this working
therefore, any help, resources to get this working is appreciated
it lists adaptors that it works with, we have an SoC setup. AFAIK we have a Qualcomm designed modem chip called an X55 (I think).
nothing on that page leads me to think we have a compatible device. you would need to be building a kernel at a guess and even then there's probably more to it than that.

sorry no, I'm not a kernel builder. this is a question that's best taken to the more general areas of xda... i.e. how to get driver support for this device onto a phone. maybe it's something that could be done with a module ??

Whats up bois, Im kinda new to rooting and customization of our phone so bare with me because I do have a lot of questions. Im curious about apps and kernels of the s20 series (s20, s20+ and s20 ultra) they have many mods, kernels and other stuff available, can we use that on our devices that have exynos CPU on our s20fe? thanks in advance!
use mods that are universally suitable or stated as specifically for your devices model number.
other models of S20 are COMPLETELY incompatible, even other FE S20 are different.
