Its good. Way better than any Samsung before 2020. However S20 a bit better since it locks 120hz. My OnePlus 8 Pro feels a bit smoother with its locked 120hz rate too. Still this phone is good but should be locked at 120hz for this $1300 price.
Being critical but it does get jitters and loss of frame rates when scrolling using Samsung browser or beta version with or without adblock extension.

I think it's very smooth. especially scrolling through the recent apps screen. If I'm using a complex multi-layered parallax wallpaper like minima pro, it'll get a little choppy scrolling through recent apps, but I had expected that.
Scrolling has been buttery smooth during my usage of about 1 month. I'm a moderate to heavy user and even with many apps kept in recents you can expect a smooth browsing experience.
