can we flash Gapps on a fresh RUI install for CN model since our device doesnt have it?
I Tried to flash Gapps in CN ROM but failed. Even tried to swtich from CN Stock ROM to EU Stock ROM but none of them worked.

2.Flash latest MIUI Global Stable via fastboot
3.Install latest TWRP via fastboot

5.Download the rom you want go to TWRP wipe everything
6.Flash ROM, (and gapps and magisk if needed)

I'ts not so hard is it ? You will have some problems with custom roms, cause they don't include one like MIUI roms.

how to flash this, I tried several method, such as flash latest eu stable rom first then clean flash, none of those works, I really want PE Q
I think you must have miui developer rom not stable installed
I also tried, didn't work either @olinen
Tried 9.3.28 and latest developer version 9.11.14, both would boot to fastboot or bootloop
Hi, im on latest miui.eu on my mi 9t pro . But i want to install pixel rom.. I tried to install global vendor as before, but i got an error.
E:String resource ´zip_compatible_err´ not found
Using default value.
Zip Treble compatibily error !
Invalid Zip file format!
How can i fix it and install the pixel rom ?
p.s. i can install the pixel rom, but it boots in fastboot after flashing it.

What global vendor file are you trying to flash and how?
What version of TWRP are you using?

I found the Solutiuon, i just had to reinstall twrp and it worked again.
But i have another Question..
Hi, I had the German Mi 9t Pro variant and previously had the Miui Stock global. There I had installed a Google camera that uses the lens blur effect in the portrait option. Now I have flashed the Xiaomi.eu rom via twrp and then exactly the same Google camera. Unfortunately, it is completely different and can no longer make a lens blur effect in portrait mode. Is that perhaps due to the different vendors global and EU? What can I do to get the Google camera back in the same way as in the Global version?
If I install the Pixel rom with the global vendor, I also have the good Google camera.
i guess i bricked my handy ? It just boots into fastboot. twrp is installed but i cant get into it. I tried to flash global vendor over the xiaomi.eu rom

i have been trying to flash xiaomi.eu rom on my redmi 8 but failing miserably,(this not my first time flshing roms on devices,i used redmi note 3 pro and redmi 5 plus before)
I install twrp>wipe>install getting error 7.failed to mount system.
again clean flash device using mi flash,install twrp>format data>wipe>install> still getting error.

So,anyone has been succesfull to flash xiaomi eu rom on indian variant ?? if so what was the procudure ?
I'm on global but what I did was flash original rom on miflash, finish set-up, boot to bootloader, flash twrp, install xiaomi.eu, format data, then reboot. I didn't wipe anything before flashing rom.

what recovery did you used?
ORangefox or official twrp?
Whatever I do,I couldn't cast my phone to my TV.I have tried many roms.But no matter what I do,casting doesn't work.My setup-
* TWRP 3.2.1.2.2 by Mauranfrio
*Vendor and Firmware from Indian 11.0.4
My steps-
1-Flash rom via fastboot
2-Flash recovery
3-Flash DFE
4-Reboot and clean flash any AOSP based rom
I have done everything. Even flashed latest fastboot rom for India,set everything up from scratch.Casting works on stock MIUI but not on any custom rom...with or without magisk,gapps.It just doesn't work.My TV shows in the device list,tries to connect but the connection resets
The option in quick settings is greyed out.
Anyone on Indian firmware and vendor has this problem?
