General Advice If rom size is greater than 800mb it will have gapps.

About Project:
Cardinal-AOSP is a Custom ROM which was initially based on AOSPB, then we changed our mind and rebased it to AOSP-RRO, to get better compatibility with most of the devices. Thanks very much for this release! Working great on my new 4A! Battery life is veeery good (even better than MIUI, it looks like). Everything good (with Magisk 16.4), only one little trouble - Menu hardkey not working for menu function, even not if you change it in every way - still last apks list on this key. I must install Button Mapper apk from Play.but it is only one minus thing. Others are perfect. I like this ROM. thanks

Thank you very much for this release, I'd like to know if rom come with latest may patch, I ask because using a pin/password and reboot in twrp internal memory seem to be encrypted in other custom Roms and need to be disabled.

Well you must be missing something. What steps are you taking to install? And what fw and twrp version are you currently on?
I'am using the same method u mentioned. Twrp v3.3, while flashing it's showing it's not a proper zip file
Can u restore kernel voltage to default state? My kenzo 2/16 lagging with UV kernel, specially when using gcam & Instagram. Thx

How about clicking Screenshots banner in OP?
No fingerprint auth support in apps like E-NUM on this rom, otherwise looks very good and stable for now.

my flashing method is
reboot to recovery mode
wipe system+cache+dalwik cache+format data
flash latest global stable firmware
flash the rom
then reboot
and set it up (AND this is t point) VOLTE WORKING
again reboot to recovery mode
flash magisk.19.2zip then reboot again
VOLTE is not working
how can i fix them

Notes (Must Read)
To be able to use VPN it's recommended to use a VPN app with built in browser or A browser with built in VPN Like "Opera"
"scrcpy" can be used as Cast alternative (Recommended) or software like Teamviewer (Requires internet)
If Lawnchair2 feels buggy recommended alternative is"Shade Launcher"
If Navigation Bar is uncomfortable to use then go-to Settings>crDroid Setting>NAVIGATION set the Portrait & Landscape height to 100%
Use "Bromite Webview" for maximum Web Performance
VLC is the recommended video player as it can playback 720p60 or 1080p without any issue

Installation:
For GV (First Time, Fix for Error 7)
-Take a backup of your Internal Storage
- Install TWRP for GV *Link*
- Go-to TWRP & swipe to allow modification
- Then Go-to Backup Select only nvram
- After the backup has taken Copy the TWRP folder from Internal storage to a safe place
- Flash the HV or Hybrid firmware Using Format All+ Download *Link*
-After flashing Turn on the Tablet & Setup
- Copy the TWRP folder Again that you have copied before
- The Firmware includes TWRP by default so go-to Restore & restore nvram
-After you have done all of the instruction above now follow the steps below
***Always Have a full functional Backup. Just in case!***
First time installing crDroid, or coming from another ROM:
- Make sure you're running a proper working Recovery (CWM or TWRP)
- Copy GApps and crDroid ROM zip to your internal/SD card
- Boot into Recovery
- Flash the Hybrid Firmware for GV in case you are coming from Official Stock ROM
- Wipe system, data and cache
- Flash crDroid zip
- Flash GApps zip
- DO A DATA WIPE / FACTORY RESET (Not necessary:silly

Yes. You can directly flash this. But make sure you have correct "nvram" so you could use SIM & hold a valid MAC addresses.
