Redmi 10X with global ROM sim card not detected problem

hi,
i just bought a Redmi 10x 4g,from Ali express when i bought it i didn't notice that in the description it was written Global rom instead of global version ,
once received i have tried many sim cards and anyone was recognized , so i tried to check the IMEI with *#06# it does not show any IMEI but the serial number. also have tried with MTK engineering mode and no solution.
i have read about the unlocking bootloader , which needs to click on the unlock device item in the developer tab, however it also ask for a sim card.
briefly this my issue.....
how to unlock bootloader i mean forcing it even without simcard.

you did anything wrong and you've lost your nvram.
you will never can recover your nvram.
only xiaomi service centre can recover it.
Do you need help with your MERLIN device ?

MI account won't stay on mi unlock status

hey guys can someone please help me? I already unlocked my phone once but it soft bricked, when after flashing the firmware and the phone booted back to system it didn't have the IMEIS anymore, so I looked for weys to restore my imei but I need the bootloader to be unlocked again, but when I enter to mi unlock status the account won't stay as shown on screenshots.
