Installation steps
Proceed only if you updated Bootloader and Modem to Oreo! (info here)
Make sure you have twrp 3.x installed (download from 2nd post, install instructions here)
Make sure your phone is charged to at least 70%.
Download the ROM, and transfer to your phone / external SD card if you have encryption active
Make sure OEM Unlock is on in developer settings
Boot the phone into TWRP
Do a FULL wipe: Dalvik Cache, Cache, Data, System
- If you come from stock rom, probably encryption is active, you need to format data partition in twrp-wipe menu
Flash rom and boot (first boot may take 15-20 min)
If you face any lags/hangs at first boot, reboot 2-3 times and it will be fixed
uncheck diagnostic data in setting wizard
How about bugs?

Q: How to take logs?
A: Download Logcat Extreme and take a look at this.
Q: Phone is showing YYY model but my phone is ZZZ model, is that normal?
A: Yes, that is very normal and very intented. Do not change it or you will break features.
Q: TWRP can't mount data partition, what to do?
A: Make sure you formatted data partition if your previous rom was stock.
Q: Phone is not booting even after 20 minutes?
A: Try to reboot. If still not booting, make sure you formatted data partition if your previous rom was stock.
Q: How to format data partition?
A:
Q: Phone is asking to reboot because sim changed, what should i do?
A: Reboot once and see if it appears again. If yes reboot again.
Q: Phone asks to wipe data because operator changed, should i wipe?
A: Try to cancel and just reboot. If you can't do that or the popup still appear, reflash the rom and wipe in Aroma installer.
Q: GPS not finding my location, what to do?
A: Install GPS Test, enable location services from settings, go outside and wait for 20 minutes.

Did you updated the bootloader and modem first? Also did you clean flashed?

Personally i didn't had any issues and i clean flashed 3 times today.. Also none of my testers had this kind of issues.. Try to wipe again and reflash, maybe will be solved by itself.

Performance is good, feels smoother than nougat. Didn't tested to much things, will see gaming and some benchmarks later.

Lol. Native Blur is there. Did u see when installing AROMA ?Maybe u missed it..... Flash the ROM again.... and see for Blur in AROMA.

Is somebody can help me, I installed this Rom, and my phone is rooted (checked with Root checker), but Titanium Backup displays that it couldn't obtain root access (I've authorized it with SuperSU).

Do you mean by reinstalling the rom again? :/
With my old official rom it was working with SuperSU so it's strange. I installed the same version of Titanium Backup...

Just install the ROM again.. no need to wipe anything.... Just Dirty Flash. It will not take time for boot. Just flash without wiping.

how about the gaming and sot on this rom

I've just tried with Magisk, it doesn't help. Very strange.
I tried several actions, like clearing TB data, use the Préférences of TB to enforce using Busybox of the Rom, same issue...

Installation Steps
Make sure you have TWRP installed (3.1.1 or 3.0.2)
Make sure you have latest modem and bootloader installed
Make sure your phone is fully charged to 100%.
Download the ROM and patch zips (if any), and transfer to your phone
Boot the phone into Recovery Mode
Do a FULL wipe: Dalvik Cache, Cache, Data, System even if coming from a port ROM
Flash ROM
Note: The first boot may take 5-15 mins
After booting up in setting wizard make sure to uncheck diagnostic data (Fixed not need to uncheck)

How about bugs?
This is a port ROM so expect some bugs due to the fact that all features and mods including in this rom are supposed to be running on a device with a different hardware structure. However i tried to fix most of the issues and provide a ROM for daily use.​
Major bugs:
On Reboot Blue Light Filter will auto-activate
To fix it temporary, go to Settings -> Display -> And just tap Screen Mode
Screen Flickering (Can be fixed installing Good Lock)
Important note: Installing Good Lock will change your SystemUI look to AOSP!

Hmmmm, I found one bug, so fix ZIP will be available to flash 2 mins later after I release ROM....
Flashing this ZIP is required after ROM flash --> SBrowser update to v8.0.2

I have made another one ZIP to migrate to FULL DreamUX so you don't need to reflash @asarre 's ROM and setup it again if you want FULL DUX xp

I don't have time do recompile kernel with TSP v402 driver and no more lags.
So, answer is yes, TWRP lags exist

i set screen pattern and now i have to reflash rom . not working , i set pattern but i cant unlock . just checked if it was working cause on Dream UX it was not working also
samsung themes not working also . " this content isnt supported the current version of samsung themes" (sm-j320f/fn servise error/ 772300_2144c9f43001/s1004)
but i have no any screen flicking problem even without fix zip

Screen pattern works like charm, tested 3 times, 3 reboots, always works, also Backup PIN works in case that you forgot Pattern.
For Theme Center it's possible because Samsung treats like 2 devices

I have FN model, so fully tested on FN model, personally I don't own F model so I can't test, and for real, I don't like too much SUX ROM because its too heavy for smartphone (on eg. with Asarre's DreamUX ROM just 300MBs on System partition is free, on my Minimal Dream, 500MB), AOSP based ROMs use less space on system partition, so its much easier for phone
P.S. It's my last work for J3, so sorry, but with leaks of developers for J3, another devs don't want to continue or they are going to work for new phones with bigger support

You have 10 (myb more) custom ROMs for J3, its very good number for one phone with SpreadTrum socket

Hi people.
This is again just a flashable zip of stock 9.0 ROM (firmware released today for J530F).
A lot of thanks to @ananjaser1211 for all help and his kernel, without him ROMs on J530 (on exynos7870) wouldn't be posible, so run to his threads and hit thanks (or better donate)
ROM is tested on J530F and J530G, I don't know does it work on other models (it should), test and tell.
Supoorts J730 too, but I didn't test it so if someone can, please do.
Modifications from stock fw are:
- Latest August 2019 security patch
- Based on latest J530F firmware (J530FXXU5CSH7-XEO)
- HeliosPro 3.1 kernel that support OC and tons of other features
- Extremly debloated (this is bolded because I really deleted a lot of apps exmpl. GameTools and all Microsoft and Google apps)
- Little animation when phone is locked and charging (seems like AOD but it is just a overlay thing)
- Sound mod (very loud, but still safe)
- Dolby Atmos for headphones and speaker (just for estetics)
- Network traffic monitor for statusbar
- Native call recording
- Native screen recorder
- Bixby Routines
- No sound when making screenshot
- An option to disable camera shutter sound
- A lot camera features, like scene optimising etc. (most of them don't work, they are there just for estetics)
- Joy Pixels emojis
- Samsung One font all over system
I recommend to flash Oreo BL and CP, and latest TWRP first than ROM, and thoose you can find in this Telegram Channel --- https://t.me/J2017Oreo
So for using this ROM you need latest TWRP!

Installation steps:
- Flash latest TWRP, and reboot in it
- Wipe data, system, cache and dalvik
- Flash ROM zip
- Reboot to system
(If you feel ROM is laggy when see welcome screen just reboot once)

Recommendations:
- It is highly recommended to use Magisk for rooting. You can use latest magisk zip from here. Just flash it with TWRP, reboot, voila.
- My personal recommendation is to use FDE.AI magisk module too, it makes things run very fast, and smoother. You can find it in magisk downloads, or here.
- Another nice thing I use for modding OneUI is Complete OneUI substratum theme. It has really nice overlays for fixing things samsung forgot to fix (dark theme in a lot places, systemUI headers, OneUI launcher fixes). It is paid app on Play Store, but it is worth it. Link is here.
- Another recommended thing is to use KRAKEN kernel for 32bit ROMS. I personally don't use it, but a lot of people say it is very fast, and has more features than HeliosPro. It doesn't have XDA thread but you can find download link here. Curently latest version is I, but if you are flashing, make sure to flash latest one.

Actually I did just week ago, you just don't know how to use it.

But i cant use multi pack wallpapers on lockscreen, just stay on previous wallpaper, animated and video wallpaper i can use

And without root ? Rooting to my phone and other app crashing (opera mini, html viewer and not working from banking app).

hey dude.. i installed the rom.. and.. no baseband... no signal./.. only on stock rom i got signal.. what should i do? i flashed the cp wia odin.. not fixed.. and i got the same problem with any rom .. help me fix that model j530f/ds p.s flasjed helioskernel too latest version did again sys wipe data dalvik k=cache.. no sim.

hi i tried to install the rom using stock pie rom.. binary 5..

There are no problems with the ROM, the known bugs are:
- Gallery -> Can't set a picture from Gallery as wallpaper
- Gallery -> Weird behavior when editing a picture
Those Gallery bugs happen because it's OneUI 3.0 Gallery app
Other than that, rom works fine, fingerprint works, camera works too, and yeah you can unlock with fingerprint/face

You only need bootloader 5 and have twrp installed, the root includes it in the ROM.

there is any good guide to install twrp on this device cuz i even unlock bootloader and install it from Odin but still show the original recovery?
Edit: It stays at installing system and then get reboot to twrp again

SmartView is included in the ROM, seems to be working I did test it myself for the A70 FN build.
Root is preinstalled when you flash the ROM
