XenonHD is a custom firmware aka ROM for various Android devices. It is based on LineageOS with additional features, performance and battery life improvements.
The idea behind XenonHD is to give users a ROM that is "blazing fast, rock stable and buttery smooth".​

Flashing Instructions:
To install this ROM you will need to have a latest custom Recovery such as TWRP installed.

Install GAPPS package
Reboot - the first boot can take up to 5 minutes

It's a mirical for me that on a cm14.1 based rom the camera doesn't work at all.

Maybe working partially breaks something else, and OP decided to remove it till completely fix

Well, Snap was removed, camera2 doesn't open. However 3rd party apps may works if they're using other api

ahh finally released
so, this is some quick review
- yes is boot up.
- fingerprint works (mine is not goodix)
- running smooth with Agni kernel v2.8
- both camera & video recording works fine with stock camera (fixed by Agni kernel for some different camera driver)
overall smooth, only less tweaks on settings.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE:
First installation (Clean flash):
Must be installed MIUI (fw and vendor) Android 9.0 (9.2.15 or newer)
Install TWRP OFFICIAL last version or China by wzsx150 (LR.Team).

So now this ROM will be updated via OTA? WOW!

Does the rom support 180° screen rotation?

Does it have the same issues with Proximity sensor as the MIUI v10.2.1.0? I'm tired of the [email protected] sensor. Especially if you have it on a flat surface, you unlock it and it might go black ..as long as your hand is near display boom black display, not even close to the [email protected] sensor

Installed a few minutes ago. Everything runs smooth and stable.
Also installed magical v18 and the AEX miui camera works great. No lag, no stuttering...really great!
System wide dark theme would be a nice to have, also accent Colorado would be nice.
But as of now, it's a really good ROM. Will use it for some time and report back, if I find errors or bugs!

Well, for whom is it written about 9.1.17+? To flash full miui, or in telegram groups post only fw + vendor, I post it periodically in my group, you can find it in the group links

Fixed, it was stuck in the bootloader after factory reset.

I moved from stock miui 11 stable to this. Mobile data doesn't seem to work. Reflashed the modem from my TWRP backup, didn't help. Any suggestions?
Edit: reflashed rom and data is working now, but it does seem to be a weaker connection.

it based on havoc 2.9 that released last year, but the modification is the latest, you might want to compare by yourself if you curious

I don't have access to the MM2 group in Telegram, so wondering if this latest version of snekkill is the same one that is discussed and updated in the Telegram group.
I'm currently running Hardrock's Havoc 2.9 from Sept 9, 2019 and am looking for the latest stable 2.9 version available. Is this version of snekkill the latest?

At the version information there are all the dates you need.
The nice thing is that this rom has overclock kernel with the incall volume fixed.

I have the mde40 model (seen behind at the back case). Maybe in the other works.
In some users it works, in others like me not.
Use the backup feature of Google or twrp and try the rom. Maybe in your device the FM radio will work.

Guys, Z and I are working together on this ROM at this time, I will compile a microg version as well, for now it looks like only vanilla has been uploaded. We will have to add another link for gapps build I think.

Use Nikgapps omni from 25/10

I absolutely love the design of this ROM!
but 1 complaint I have is, maybe it's just my device, but the battery life doesn't seem to good.

Might go back to lineage kernel in the next update, we'll have to see. But you should check your setup for better battery life would be best. It's doubtful the rom is at fault there. Give it some time maybe?
