I wasn't able to boot the rom
I full wiped, rebooted, changed file system of data and cache to f2fs, installed rom et gapps
Then 1st boot fails after a few minutes, and returns to recovery
It tried several times; but no way

Just wiped completely my MOTO X 2014 phone and installed Lineage 17.1.
What I did so far...
Boot into TWRP 3.3.1
Advanced Wipe : Each Wipe - one at a time
- Dalvik / ART Cache
- System
- Date
- Cache
Install - Lineage-17.1-20200919-victara... ZIP
Install - Gapps-ARM-10.0-pico-20201020.. ZIP
Reboot
Restore all apps from Google-Cloud
Phone working OK so far.
Will update in case of any issues after a week or so.

Same issue on this version, when waking from sleep the backlight stays off. To reproduce, lock the screen then unlock. Have to powercycle the tablet to get the backlight to come back on.
Next weeks build will have it fixed sorry about that

You will not be needing to provide your own Google Applications package (gapps) as (gapps) is already included. LineageOS GSIs does not include various hardware-specific code.
Unlock Your Bootloader If not unlocked yet (Use the Python Script: Here OR use PotatoNV (Not Recommended If You cant disassemble your device)
How to install:
1. Boot Into TWRP (TWRP are in the device forum)
2. Go to Wipe and press Advanced Wipe and select everything on the list (except for product or version or vendor) and swipe to continue
3. Go back and reboot into bootloader
4. Type fastboot flash system nameofthegsi.img
5. Boot back into TWRP and do a factory reset
6. Reboot!
7. (Optional) If you phone does not boot properly just do an factory reset and format data

Bluetooth keeps crashing (happens on 1% of devices)
