Oem unlock button is present and clickable on S20 FE 5g Snapdragon italian version (not mine), does it mean that is possible to unlock 100%?

The SM-N960F (Exynos) has unlocked bootloader.
So I'm not sure what you really want to do.

Hey i have same issue got Samsung Note 9 Sm n960f with superstable sp3.0 android 9.0 already installed but wanted to update to 2.5ui twrp recovery is already installed but confuse that their is no option showing of oem

Nope.
The hardware is there. But with no way to unlock the bootloader you are stuck on CN for now.
eSIM does work on the unlocked / global ROM edition

Yip. But he or she has the CN version so are SOL. Until there is twrp or bootloader unlock they will have to suffer the CN ROM.
You can hide unlocked bootloader from OS using HiddenCore

eSims don't really exist in china mainland that's why it's not supported (why iPhones in china have 2 sim slots rather than 1sim 1 esim that's present elsewhere)
hello everyone. I live in Europe and have no 5g on my snapdragon variant but i see that the chinese snapdragon version has the n1 band that i need in europe. Is there any way to flash the 9980 firmware to my g998U.
