Good day.
I am having trouble with my phone. Everyday at 6 in the morning, the phone starts to vibrate. The vibration lasts cca. 10 seconds. No notification, nothing. Same thing happens in airplane mode. Does anyone experience something similar or has an idea what could this be? The factory reset cannot be done for now. Any other thoughts?
Thanks.

Is there an adjusted wake up alarm? May be the ring tone isn't set and so it's crashing the clock.
Unfortunately, no. Just to be sure, I cleared all the data for clock app. Thanks for the advice, though.
Hi! Same problem here. Did you find a solution?
I had the same problem, do you have set your phone to automaticly go from DnD mode to vibrate mode?

Hi gokh!
Yes I have set dnd mode from 11pm to 7am, so the phone goes to vibration mode at 7, but the long vibration occurs at 6am.
Flashed xiaomi eu Rom. That seems to work. Cheers!

Hey everyone. To start off I am running Cyanogens 4.2.14.1 and AmonRAs recovery. I have been using it since it came out and have had no problems until a day or so ago. I haven't installed any other applications I can think of that would cause this. My phone will not vibrate on a notification. When I click the volume down button to vibrate it gives me a little kick to tell me I am there and when I long press the screen it kicks as well but no notifications cause a vibration. If I turn the ringer up it rings still. Even when I go to test notification it doesn't vibrate. What is going on?
Thanks for any help,
Brad
This happened to me a few weeks ago and I used an app called "Timed Profiles", set it go on vibrate after 1 minute and it should fix itself.
Anyone else noticed that if you completely silence the phone (not vibrate mode), notifications aren't silenced? If it's in vibrate mode, then all is good, but at night I'd rather it not even vibrate.

I just put mine on silent mode and was able to get GMail and Email notifications with no sound. Did you reboot the phone and see if it persist?

Huh. Yeah, I rebooted. I just wiped to root the phone, so we'll see if it comes up again. Thanks for confirming it's just me. lol
EDIT:
Nope, it's still happening even after a wipe. It's also doing it on vibrate mode (maybe I just slept through it last night). Bizarre that it's just me, and persists after a wipe.

Doesn't happen to my wife's First.

Okay, so silence/vibrate work if I use the volume keys to turn it all the way down, but not if I toggle it through the power menu or WidgetLocker. Not a huge deal, as it's obviously some little glitch there. Thanks for the feedback guys.
Hey guys, I just updated my C6903 to 14.1.G.2.257 last night, I have an Australian stock model.
I noticed this problem yesterday, but if I press the power button to turn on screen it takes about 2-3 seconds for it to turn on. This is consistent behaviour, happens all the time except for when the screen is turned on around 5 seconds from the last turn off.
I have turned stamina mode on and off, auto brightness on and off, and it didn't seem to do anything. I have also done a factory reset too and the problem is still there.
Anyone else experiencing this?
I haven't seen this problem but you might want to try a factory reset.

I did that and the problem persisted.
However it seems like I might have solved it... the problem is now reduced a lot - it turns on immediately most of the time. I have a feeling this might be tied to the temperature of the phone, as yesterday and today I was setting up/playing with camera, etc.
Will continue testing and see what happens.

Similar issue. I had this on my galaxy note 2 as well. It turned out there that it was just a thing with exynos 4 quad where it took a little bit to get out of deep sleep. I assumed it's a similar thing with the snapdragon 800, but maybe it's actually a bug. It would be nice if it were.

Mine takes max 1 full second to turn on at the longest if not its normally instant
disable "auto kill when screenoff" in your task killer app.

Hi,
I'm on ARHD 41 and I have power saver turned off.
Randomly, several times a day, my phone switches to silent mode causing me to miss almost every single call.
Any ideas on what maybe causing the profile change?
Thanks!

This probably has some simple solution my lame google-fu can't find, but I only want notifications to trigger the vibrate function when my phone is in vibrate mode. Right now, it's all the time or never. Is there any way to set it up so it only vibrates in vibrate mode? They quit doing it when I turned the vibrate function off and then back on for both my email and kik.

Okay, 50 people have viewed this and nothing? There's got to be a way to set this up, it worked that way when I got it, there ought to be a way to go back to it.
