I tried different firmwares and differes regions, still the same problem, can you help me please?

How are are flashing it? You may need to clear system, data, & cache several times before you flash the firmware. Sometimes it doesn't clear everything completely on one try.

also which ruu is for me (My phone isnt carrier locked) and is cyanogen snapshot decent to use?
Next time you do a factory reset/cache wipe, make sure you unchecked system and internal storage (only check these two if you are going to flash a new rom)

Like said above, your phone isn't booting anymore because you have selected all the partitions when wiping your phone, including your System partition which is your OS. If doing a factory reset, you only need to use the "factory reset" option, not the "wipe" menu.
If you want to flash back the stock rom using a RUU, you'll need to post the output of "fastboot getvar all" (don't share your IMEI or serial numbers) command so we can direct you to the correct RUU version for your phone. If there is no ruu version for your phone then using a custom rom is a good option.
I would stay away from Cyanogenmod simply because there isn't any stable version for the M7 yet.

When will Verizon get one UI update?

I've got friends with Sprint and they all have gotten the update. From what I've read we were supposed to get it early February. Does anyone have any ideas?
Whenever you want, just install it yourself. Super easy

Would I have to be rooted and is it a beta build your talking about or an actual final release? I'm not stranger to rooting, I used to root and flash all the time but haven't in a couple years because with themes and everything nowadays I don't really see the need to anymore.
No root necessary and it's a final build.

Worked like a charm thank you very much!!!!
I find it funny that the update from /sdcard is pretty damn useless for the 512GB version of the 9. It's not mounted as /sdcard/ so adb is the only option.
Edit: Unless I want to waste time and put an sdcard in JUST for the update. Nah.

I don't think this works if the sdcard is encrypted. Can anyone confirm this?

Then use update via ADB.

As I suspected, it didn't work on my phone with my encrypted sdcard.
But ADB worked just fine.

Tired of waiting for Android 10/Samsung 2.0 UI

Go to Sammobile or Frija and download it and flash with Odin. Numerous threads already about this topic

Try this. Settings/date time. Turn off automatic date and time. Set date ahead 3days then check for update. As soon as I did this my OTA started. Bot no need to wait for the OTA when the firmware is available on Sammobile and Frija.

Unable to downgrade to Android 9

Hi Guys,
I am trying to downgrade from Android 10 to Android 9. I just hate the interface for Android 10 but that's another story for another day.
I tried to download using odin but I am getting the error as per below -
SW Rev Check (bootloader) Device 6 Binary 2
Can someone please share with me what's the minimum android that I can downgrade to?
Thank You
regards,
Alex
If bootloader was upgraded you can't downgrade

You can only downgrade if the firmware your downgrading to is the same bootloader as the one you are on. Other than that you can only go up not back

Managed to get the bootloader version. Seems mine is version 6.
Guess I am stuck with Android 10 for good.
On the same note, has anyone encountered the note 9 screen discolouration?
I believe there is a thread about that here on xda
