Hi
Please Help me to get the details about
S20 FE 5G network band support
Like n41 n77 n78 n71 etc
What the supported bands
I want to know before pre-order
under this link also no details of 5G bands
https://www.samsung.com/us/support/owners/product/galaxy-s20-fe-5g-unlocked

5G bands SA/NSA/Sub6 does not explain the band numbers
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/5G_NR_frequency_bands
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/5G_NR_frequency_bands
check here and see there are many 5G frequency bands but not all of them are supported in all phones
just like 3G bands supported in S20 FE are B1, B2, B4, B5, and B8 only.

My pleasure - always appreciated if you click the 'Thanks' button as well.
If you want support for SA 5G T-mobile stick with T-mobile version. Unlocked firmware won't have it.

Have had it for a week... Best reception I've ever had in a phone.

You search is wrong, that's not the same wireless specs listed in Samsung Website! You missed a lot of LTE bands
Here is list of supported bands and combinations from Global model: https://cacombos.com/device/SM-G781B . If you have any other model, please contribute https://cacombos.com/contribute

can i flash my i9305 from german basebands to us basebands to be able to use 3g and 4g??
As far as i know, you can't change the band with changing the baseband. Your phone does support these frequencies:
GSM freq: 850 900 1800 1900 2100 MHz UMTS/HSPA+
LTE freq: 800 2600
Hey you might have to set the apn manually
Sent from a Galaxy far away!!
I'm having a hard time figuring this one out.
I am in the market for this new phone but I can't seem to find out exactly what I need.
I am a TMobile subscriber in the US but travel to China about half of the year. I currently have a HTC Sensation that works on the 2100mhz 3g frequency in China with China Unicom. The spec sheet for the HTC one confuses me:
HSPA/WCDMA:
Europe/Asia: 850/900/1900/2100 MHz
GSM/GPRS/EDGE:
850/900/1800/1900 MHz
LTE:
EU: 800/1800/2600 MHz
US (AT&T): 700/850/AWS/1900 MHz
US (TMO): 700/AWS MHz
US (Sprint): 1900 MHz
Asia: 1800/2600 Mhz
If I buy the Tmobile variant, which of these frequencies will the phone come with? I'm guessing I will get the Europe/Asia HSPA/WCDMA bands as well as the GSM/GPRS/EDGE as well as the LTE listed for Tmobile but not the other LTE bands.
Is this correct?
Thanks for your help.
Hi,
there is a difference be between US model and European Model ?
Explication in HTC website is little incomprehensible for me on network specification.
thanks your answer

Does the d4 use both 2100 and 900mhz 3g bands (europe) ?
I'm thinking of importing one or the samsung relay 4g, but do both smartphones work at 900mhz (much stronger signial here) ?
up
Not sure about that, but I can confirm you that 3G works perfectly in Spain with this mobile
Here are the bands supported.
2G Network CDMA 800 / 1900
GSM 850 / 900 / 1800 / 1900
3G Network CDMA2000 1xEV-DO
HSDPA 850 / 900 / 1900 / 2100
4G Network LTE 700 MHz Class 13
I have a Droid 4 in UK, and I can confirm HSDPA is working, but couldn't go higher than that, probably 4G is working only on 700 MHz, which no operator has in UK: hxxp://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_LTE_networks#Europe
I got this as a gift for my daughter and now all I get on TMO is 3G Edge. I am in Maryland, USA. I thought this thing was supposed to support a bunch of LTE bands but I don't see many matches for either TMO or AT&T. I've tried various APN settings to no avail. Someone suggested flashing a new modem to unlock the 1700 band but I cannot find anything on that either. Am I stuck with a 2G BRICK??????
Please help!
Chris R.
Stay close to WiFi! I'm afraid that you may have yourself a '2G brick'. It would appear that T-Mobile in the US use the following frequencies:
LTE Frequencies (FDD LTE, not TDD LTE)
1700 MHz & 2100 MHz AWS band 4
1900 MHz PCS band 2 (in refarmed areas)
Lower 700 MHz band 12 (in development)
3G/4G Frequencies (WCDMA)
1700 MHz & 2100 MHz AWS band 4
1900 MHz PCS band 2 (in refarmed areas)
2G Frequencies (GSM/GPRS/EDGE)
1900 MHz PCS band 2
The only band from this list that the M2 supports is 2G 1900 MHz. The 1700 MHz & 2100 MHz band is an upload/download pair and is different from the 2100 MHz band used in Europe (the one the M2 supports), which is actually a 1900/2100 up/down pair. I'm fairly sure that frequency support is a hardware thing, it's not possible to change supported bands by flashing a new radio module.
It's unfortunate for those of you in the US that Chinese phone manufacturers seem to favour the EU, rather than US, frequencies.
Thank you!!!!!

Thank you for your brilliant and most useful reply!!! Much appreciated! The M2 is now for sale up on Ebay and I just bought a Cube T8 Plus tablet that has phenomenal specs but it too has the wrong frequency support so I'm about to put that up on eBay as well. Thanks again!
