I have falshed AOSP, Havok, Pixel Exp and Linage OS. Nothing is worth installing. Every OS has many Bugs and in No ROM MTP was working. Then I had to go back to Stock. But then I found Ultimate Q ROM, which id modified version of original ROM it is fast and stable.

Are you talking about GSI in general, or do you want to run 12L?
Either way, here is the official Android Source page. This is for experts only as it is developmental software. Do not attempt if you are inexperienced. Do not use this for your daily driver.

What is vndklite version in gsi roms?

I have tried system32-arm64-ab(not vndklite) gsi on my device and it boots into fastboot but the vndklite one works.
what exactly is vndklite version and in which device should I use that?
(My device supports VNDK 29.0)
Hey what procedure did you use to flash the GSI? I can't find anything about flashing GSIs on Redmi 9C.

no, not at all. even if nippon marks as "for MTK", it wont boot. this could be because of our soc and maybe MIUI vendor
