I've looked at the MIUI version archives for Merlin (Redmi Note 9) and that build number isn't part of it.
I highly suspect you're in the wrong forums.
I also checked other variants of the Redmi Note 9 (S, Pro, Pro Max) and none of them have this build number.
Either the build number doesn't actually exist or you're talking about a completely different device and should ask the question there, in english, and more detailed because it's very unclear what you're even asking right now.

This rom is a bad joke by halabtech forum.
Somebody uploaded it as a dumped rom from some remite note 9 device.
But, it is fake.
Probably, halabtech team never tried the rom before.
So, our friend is just a victim of halabtech team.

En primer lugar, aquí nadie te va a ayudar en español, según las reglas de XDA, todos los post serán en Inglés.
En lo relativo a tu problema, intenta verificar si haz perdido el root, reinstala Xposed desde cero, tampoco informas si fué una actualización, modelo de teléfono, que estabas haciendo cuando ocurrió el problema, nada....
Si el inglés es problema para ti, busca otra comunidad hispana como por ejemplo HTCMania. Personalmente, no soy experimentado en Xposed y no te voy a ayudar más en español, así que esas son las sugerencias básicas.

Yes but did the modded camera work? Did you try the both versions but not at the same time?
If the modded version crashes at launch check if it has all the necessary permissions granted.

It doesnt install any other app but makes the stock camera unusable. Permissions all granted but still crashes
