Wich OTA UPDATE can i choose in HUAWEI FIRMWARE FINDER?

Hello guys, i'm using Huawei firmware finder on my Gr5-mini (NMO-L31C185B), Today it shows me that a new OTA update is here, (several OTA packages), i tried them all and no one of them worked, my phone says that the update package is not compatible. What should i do?

Is there anything I could do to update my phone ..?

My P40P+ dont have OTA updates

I have bought a P40P+ (global version) and found that my device dont have OTA updates. It stuck at 10.1.0.137 EMUI version. Please help.

Question OTA update message

A couple of months ago, my phone wasn't receiving OTA update so I updated the official rom with Odin and now whenever I checm for an OTA update, I keep getting this message when checking for the update
Can someone help how to resolve this please?
