Hi guys, i really need help. I was trying to upgrade my XT1068 to marshmallow and i've flashed a file that bricked my device and now it doesn't initiate. At first, when i plugged in the phone to my PC, it was recognized as "qhsusb_bulk" but now my PC doesn't recognize my phone when i plug it in. On device manager appears: "Unknown device (device request descriptor failed)"
What can i do?? i am desperate
please answer me!!
EDIT: Sorry for bad english, it's not my native language
Sorry to hear that. Welcom to the ever growing BRICK CLUB! I don't think there is an answer to our problem at the moment. The main problem seems to be downgrading the bootloader which is what bricks the phone. We need certain files that Motorola won't release. So until then there is no answer or solution. I ended up buying a new phone...
So I was trying to return my phone back to stock but I entered the wrong commands for a different model (XT1775) mine is XT1776... and now my phone won't turn on or charge at all... but Windows 10 does detect it as a QUALCOMM device... If someone could please help me unbrick my phone I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks in advance.
So uh a few months ago i installed the android lollipop update on my galaxy s4 active SGH-i537, After the update installed it wouldn't turn back on even after charging it! then later that day i tried to fix the device via odin. it wouldn't detect the device. windows detects my device to be a "Qualcomm QD-Loader 9008" i also googled that name. and then thats when i found out the device was hard bricked. so can someone lend me a hand and help me out with this? i have no idea what to do anymore.
