I have my phone connected to the computer with a USB cable. The device manager looks good (see pictures). Still when I try to run commands, like adb devices, the list is blank.

Pd: excuse my english...
It seems that adb is not found, you should add adb's directory to the PATH environment variable in Windows. After that, type "adb devices" in the command line, and you should see the list of connected devices.
i do,
and restarts .-.
Edit: nevermind, i fix that or i guess
I've got my phone hooked up with all of the relevant items downloaded and installed onto my PC.
The phone shows up fine in device manager and I can browse all of the folders via the PC.
I'm using this guide:
https://www.guidingtech.com/59895/le-2-rooting-guide-twrp-installation/
But there's never any device listed like this on my PC?

Any ideas?
Well I finally got ADB to work using the Minimal ADB Fastboot method.
I now have TWRP installed on the phone and tried to upgrade my ROM by transferring over the "update.zip" but I don't see it in the TWRP recovery install method.
I'm doing well!!!! FFS!

broken displaj can not see anything and touch
Hello,
I'd like to restore contacts, photos and data from my old LG.
I would like to do it via PC and USB cable. (USB OTG with mouse no bcs can not see anything!)
When I try "Vysor" and "dr.fone" there is a problem in USB Mout.
I have ADB drivers installed.
I just need a tutorial on how to connect my PC to Android.
Note that the phone works, only the display cannot be displayed and the touch cannot be touched.

Maybe you can use this tool. If USB debugging is not enabled, there is a possible work around in the FAQ section of the first post of the linked thread.

Are you using a USB 3.0/3.1 port? Fastboot doesn't play nicely with them. You need to use a 2.0 port or hub. I had the same issue before.
i try
still same i even tried a laptop i have..same
no help?
Some think that Windows 10 version 2004 created an issue with fastboot. Maybe try a computer with an older version.
I keep getting an "Cannot read coral" update that released today. Been sideloading software updates for over 6 years and this is the first time I have ran into this. Any help is greatly appreciated!

@win465 Because you are trying to flash an OTA image, I take it to mean via adb through recovery? In that case I would confirm your fastboot/adb binaries are up to date and try another USB-A to USB-C cable. What do you get from adb when you use the devices command? version command? If it can't read the file from your PC, the problem is likely with the adb setup on that PC.
