What is this?
PixelExtended ROM (or PEX for short), We are Combining Pixel Goodies with some essential features you were missing in Pixel Experience, delivering a ROM that promise you stabilty and being feature-rich at the same time . Hi Guys,
I have just installed it on Xioami Redmi 4A, and it works except few issues I have seen so far.
1. Double Tap to Wake is not working at all even I enabled it from the settings.
2. We unable to install/update the following from the Google Playstore.
a. Google Chrome
b. Android System WebView
c. Google
d. GBoard - Google Keyboard

Which version of TWRP are you using. Sounds like you may need to install a different/more up to date version of TWRP

Moto-Face Unlock is added by default in PE/PE+. Please Check Again under settings>security.

When setting up fingerprint, plug in your charger at the moment you press on the screen. That way you can setup fingerprint.

You don't need to worry about the firmware.
While flashing the PE ROM, the correct firmware gets flashed automatically.
