Anyone found a LOCA/UV glue screen protector? - Xiaomi Mi 10 Ultra Accessories

The mi 10 pro ones should work because the screen sizes are identical. I'm having trouble finding one.
I used LOCA from my pervious phone and the screen protector that came from Liaow which didn't have any kind of adhesive on the back, but I'm now out of UV activated LOCA and I can't find any other plain glass protectors for the pro or ultra or kits with UV LOCA.

Full coverage tempered glass question

Okay so I ordered some tempered glass through Aliexpress. I got it and it has the black trim around it which is fine. However unlike all my other tempered glass purchases in the past (none had painted trim before) this only had adhesive on the colored areas and the the main area over the display had no adhesive. Is this the way of all the full coverage glass that has painted trim around the edges of the screen protector?
I uploaded a picture of a similar style, not the exact one I purchased but this one shows the style better.
Is there a full screen protector with adhesive over the whole back surface and not just around the edges?
So I guess no one has found a full screen tempered glass protector with the back having adhesive on the entire surface and not just around the edge? This is for the 4X variant.
Sadly not. I'm having a lot of trouble finding a screen protector for these phones that isn't terrible...
I have this mocolo glass but the problem is that the touch sensibility is terrible. Do you know how to increase screen sensibility?

Can i still use samsungs clear case if i install a tempered glass screen protector?

Most tempered glass screen protectors come with an install frame. Can i still use the clear case or will the frame get in the way?
I have a lg v20 atm and if i use a tempered glass screen protector i will sometimes get oil like stains on it. Does the same problem exist with the note 9? I will most likely get a normal 13€ screen protector from amazon.de and just hope that the s pen will still work, that i can still use a case with it and that there wont be any annoying oil like stains
Personally I haven't had any compatibility issues between cases and cheaper screen protectors, since most of them don't cover the screen edge-to-edge. What will likely happen with the cheaper ones is the rainbow effect resembling an oil stain which you mentioned - this happens because underneath most screen protectors is a microscopic dot matrix keeping the glass slightly elevated from the display surface, with glue only on the edges of the protector. To avoid this, what you want is a screen protector that utilizes a full glue structure; in short, a glass protector whose entire surface area is adhered to the display. These are sold less and less, because generally they're very tricky to install on curved glass. You might want to consider products like the Whitestone Dome, which uses liquid UV glue.
You don't need to worry about the S pen - Unless your new screen protector is made of metal, it will work with every film or glass sheet out there.
I've got a Whitestone Dome protector fitted to my NOTE9 and I'm using the Samsung clear case that came with my phone.
No issues at all, the Samsung clear case and Whitestone Dome protector do not interfere with each other.
Just confirming... are you referring to the Samsung Note9 S-View Cover?
If so, most screen protectors shouldn't interfere with the case. The frame you referenced is generally for installing the protector, then it's removed.
I use an S-View Cover. I like it in general, but two things:
1) Anticipate that the cover won't set flat for a while (if ever): Some have used a hairdryer or heatgun along the rib to get it to relax. That helped mine a bit.
2) It scratches easily! If I had a do-over, I'd try to find a protective film to cover it
I've got a Whitestone glass screen protector and the Samsung case has no problems, also have an Otterbox Symmetry case and no problem with that one either. Like was said most glass screen protectors don't go right to the edge so most case should have no trouble.

Screen Protector

Huawei P30 pro has same screen size/dimensions as our device, and so i purchased this screen protector https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07N2MVBXF/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 works like a charm.
I followed your advice, picked up this screen protector and it works great and wraps around the curved part of the screen. No issues with it lifting yet, especially where I have a silicone case sitting on the corners of the phone where the screen protector sits. I would prefer a glass protector but I doubt if they will ever make a good one for this one. From past experience and online reviews, when looking at tempered glass protectors, those that have a black edge around the protector. That is where they apply the glue to stick to your phone. This creates a halo/bubble effect in the center of the screen where there is no adhesive. I tend to buy only the ones without the black edges. I'm waiting for Whitestone Dome to come out with one for this phone. I got one for my other half's S9+, works brilliantly and has full screen adhesive plus curves for the edge. Not sure if this one would work for our phone plus its out of stock lol

I went with glass for now, and it not covering the curves is honestly no big deal for me.

I use the fingerprint scanner a lot. Does the glass protector hinder it at all? The film type protector has no issues with it so far. Just not as smooth as glass of course
Sent from my ZTE A2020U Pro using XDA Labs
I'm about to buy what y'all suggested. Unfortunately, I bought the j&d screen protectors, and it doesn't even stick to the screen where it starts to curve. Has anyone found a better case for this phone? It just feels so fragile and I don't want to break it. Lol
Finally found a glass screen protector full adhesive for our device https://www.amazon.com/dp/B085C1WNPR/ref=cm_sw_r_other_apa_i_uj.3EbV1PRA50
The instructions have to be followed to the teeth or the install will be messed up.

Question Screen protector

hello, I m looking for a screen protector to replace the one what delivered with the smartphone. means soft protection + well adujst on the edge.
The ones on Amazon look weak ... any idea ??
Oooofff.. screen protectors for curved display is a hit and miss.. wasted so much money experimenting on my old phone (Huawei Mate 20 Pro)
If you want tempered glass screen protector, I find the best one for curved screen phones are the ones with UV glue system. A little trickier to install (not hard once you get the hang of it), but it gives the best feel while using the screen (glides so smoothly)
One example of this kind of protector on Amazon: UV glue tempered glass
The downside is your case has to be somewhat compatible with the protector, otherwise the glue will lift at the edges and it is not pretty.
Otherwise go for TPU/Hydrogel type, those are similar to the ones installed in the smartphone, but there are many variant out there in the market, I find some of them are uncomfortable to use (feels sticky, not smooth when you glide your finger on the screen). I find the factory installed one is quite nice to use, and I am still using it.
Yep, I'd like to know where to get a replacement for the one that came shipped.
My favourite option for soft, solid and well calibrated screen protector (I use this brand for my OnePlus 9 Pro too).

Accessories Screen protector?

Which one do you recommend for ultra?
You can use one of that if you don't use a protection case. If you use it will start to come out in the borders.
I tried 2 different one with uv glue that lasted one week and then strated to lift in the borders because of the silicone cover and othe without the glue that came out after 2 minutes.
If you don't use a cover go for that but if you use don't bother putting one because he will come out. I had to buy just a hydrogel protection and cut 2mm on the borders so it won't lift.
Rounded screens on the borders are a pain it's the only thing I don't like on this phone.

I hate curved screens on every single phone. Hated it on the s7 edge, hating it on my 11 ultra. I must have tried through every single screen protector out there and I'm now using a plastic/TPU/hydrogel protector. I found a non-uv glue tempered glass, it had solid adhesion but sadly suffered from touch issues.

I tried a lot of UV tempered glass, I paid the price with my mi 10 by buying cheap UV tempered glass the screen broke and went all green, the edges took off from the first week. Now with my mi 11 ultra I tried the smartdevil UV tempered glasses from aliexpress they are much more expensive but the glue has not moved in over 2 weeks and the screen is much More responsive and covers the entire screen with my two nillkin protective cases.

2 weeks sound about right. Mine usually have the edges recede after like 1 month or two

its been 2 weeks but the two nillkin protective cases presses on the edges of the tempered glass, the unmarked ones took off without pressure this one does not take off despite there being pressure.
After testing a lot of tampered glasses, I moved to precut lamination foils on screen and back.
Using Nillkin polymer screen guard with Nillkin camshield case. It's okay , smooth surface just like glass.
