Mi9t pro stuck to flashboot but doesnt get detected - Redmi K20 Pro / Xiaomi Mi 9T Pro Questions & Answe

So for some reason after wiping my phone with twrp my phone got stuck on fastboot. It does not boot to recovery nor does anything else other than reboot to.
Problem is that when i connect it to the pc it doesn't get detected by the xiaomi flash tool... Tried booting into edl and it detects it just fine but can't really do much there since I don't have a authorised xiaomi acount.
I had a orange fox and unlocked bootloader obviously. It's pretty weird that it doesnt get detected by the computer since it is in fastboot and I have all the drivers needed... Any ideas?
Thanks in advance

bricked my Mi5

Hello!
Was using 7.2.8.0 ROM out of box.
Tried to update to developer 6.5.19 but something went wrong. Now only fastboot/recovery works. Can't do fastboot oem edl - tells me it should be unlocked. Same problem with fastboot flash system - tells me device is locked. Me PC Suite doesnt recognize device at all. Tried on my laptop and PC. Help please.
any1?
Are you logged into your Mi Account on the phone? If yes I guess you have to wait for bootloader unlock and then flash rom with fastboot.
I logged in last time my phone worked.
The unlock procedure uses my phone and it cannot start so I will be unable to unlock it since only fastboot and recovery modes are available.
any other suggestions?
apply for the bootloader unlock code with your mi account (use other phone while you fix the xiaomi), wait for the unlock approval sms code, its tooks like 7 to 15 days, then download the software for the unlock bootloader process, loggin with your approved mi account, put your phone in fastboot mode, connect it to the pc press start and thats all (no need to boot in normal mode for unlock), you should have your bootloader unlocked and you will be able to enter in EDL mode and flash again the rom.
P.D. Sorry for my bad english

That's pretty much exactly what I wrote in my post XD
Have you try to flash using MiFlash?
You can download it from here
My friend also encounter this problem and what he did is:
1. Use a fresh installed notebook with Win 7
2. Use MiFlash to flash the image file.
Image file can be downloaded from here.
It should works with locked bootloader as you are flashing the stock image.
Please give it a try.
Any luck alien2k1?
I'm in the same boat, bricked Mi 5, can access bootloader and TWRP recovery, but can't turn phone on because of bootloop. I want to use Mi PC Suite to flash the fastboot rom. But, when my phone is in Fastboot mode, and I connect it to the computer with the micro USB, it says "Try connect in normal mode first then switch" . But my phone is stuck in a bootloop and I can't "connect in normal mode first." It can't detect my phone in Fastboot mode, and it can't detect my phone in "normal mode" because I can't turn the phone on in normal mode because it gets stuck in a bootloop.
My bootloader is unlocked.
I can't open MiFlash either and I can't turn on USB debugging on the phone because its stuck in a bootloop. What should I do?

If you're on unlocked bootloader and can access fastboot, why don't you use the fastboot packages? There's a script provided by them in the fastboot downloads to flash everything

I am in the same ****in situation, have you solved your issue ?
thanks
Looks like everyone is in the same boat here. I have tried several methods but the Redmi Note4 wont work. Mi PCSUIT wouldnt detect my phone either. Fastboot wont work with the message "Try connect in normal mode and then switch." I am wonder what is the sure and final solution to this problem. The issue is flashing all over the internet but no specific solutions yet.
If you have any working solution, please share. Thanks

Fastboot can't detect my unlocked device

Hi I have a problem where my pc does not detect my unlocked device in fastboot. This is a problem because I tried to update from global V10.3.3.0 to miui 11 but that did not work probably because there is not the right recovery on the device. So I can not get into the recovery and I can not get into the system this would of course be no problem because I can get into fastboot but my computer wont detect my device. How can I get my 9t pro to be detected in fastboot?
My device is unlocked. I did all that some time ago and it says so when I try to boot into system or recovery.
USB debugging is on. Idk if that is still there because I did try to update the system to miui11 but it was not detecting my phone in fastboot even before I did that update.
When I connected my phone to my computer when the system still worked I could use "adb devices" and that worked
I could also transfer files and stuff when my phone was connected to my laptop
So only when in fastboot my unlocked device is not detected if it was I could get back up there.
I really hope that this is some driver problem or something. Please help
Edit:
So at this point magically the system worked again! But I still can not use fastboot
I seem to have this problem:

[SOLVED] Mi a2 bricked, fastboot not detected

After installing the latest Pixel Experience, my phone keeps rebooting to twrp logo, and fastboot can't recognize device. Please help.
If the solution is edl mode, Is there any possible way to go into edl mode without disassembling device?
Edit: My pc magically able to recognize my device, then i boot to TWRP, wiped everything (except internal storage), flashed PE. Change slot then flash FBE disabler and magisk, then my phone is booting normally.
i'm having the same problem too. i believe my phone's partitions got corrupt since the log says that /sys/class/android_usb/android/0/state doesn't exist. can't really take my phone to a service center since, well, we don't have any of those in our vicinity
Fastboot oem edl. Try that and then miflash on fastboot

Device not detecting in fastboot mode
i tried flashing with edl still device is not detecting with fastboot mode

Question Can't boot into anything, only shows charging screen then turns itself off after. PLEASE HELP ME! How do I fix this???

Yesterday I unlocked my phone with the official Xiaomi unlock tool, Then it wiped everything, after setting my phone up, I flashed TWRP (not for my device but for redmi k20, I thought 9T and K20 is the same) and now I'm stuck on fastboot, I tried power button + volume buttons but still stuck on fastboot, I tried adb but still stuck, I tried Reiboot for Android but still stuck. So I used XiaoMiTool V2 (unofficial) and selected 'my device is bricked' then it asked me to select what device am I using, I selected k20 bc I thought it's the same with redmi power, after downloading a rom for an hour, it tries to install but fails because it detects that it's not k20, so I closed it and rebooted my device, now my device only shows the charging battery icon, can't boot into fastboot, can't boot into anything, PC can't detect my phone including adb. Please help me (for free), I really need your help. Thanks!
Your mistake was booting a wrong twrp and then a wrong fastboot rom. You could have saved your device when it was in fastboot mod by flashing an official fastboot rom for your device. But now your device seems hopeless. I think you have no option but to send it to a service center.

If the bootloader is unlocked...
Flash vbmeta.img
Then flash the suitable recovery for 9 power... It might boot to recovery then

mi 8 not booting

I have my friends Xiaomi mi 8. It keeps freezing on the miui screen when booting up. It simply won't boot up. The bootloader is locked and I've tried everything. I've tried flashing new firmware via fastboot I've tried flashing twrp and orange fox I've even tried tried flashing pixel experience but the bootloader doesn't allow it. I've downloaded the XiaoMitool v2 and mi flash tool but nothing is working. When I boot to recovery and try to wipe data it just gives an error saying it's failed. I tried using the edl boot bat file and when it reboots to edl it just restarts and freezes on miui. ive tried edl from the back pins on the phone but the computer isnt recognising it and ive got the qualcom drivers installed but still no luck. Also when I try flashing miui fastboot firmware the program gives an error saying something about the flash script. Is there anything I can do to fix it or to atleast unlock the bootloader remotely without the need of the phone being turned on? ive heard of the msm tool but i coulnt find anything for the mi 8 only oneplus. Any help is appreciated thanks!
